She made sure that my lashes were clean and she began the application process. Michelle asked me what look I was wanting and she delivered. I opted for a hybrid set and they came out looking natural but full. Michelle has wonderful technique, you can barely feel anything during the process and she doesn't use any tape on the eyelids like other stylists. The retention of the lashes are also long lasting. Tareylon is a pro, and after the numbing was put on for 20 minutes, it just felt like a little vibration. A teeny bit of a pinch as it wore off, but not bad at all. I didn't have to over communicate the look I was going for...she just talked to me, tuned in and NAILED IT. I am over the MOON! At that point, I declined the service because I wouldn't trust someone with such a poor attitude to work on my face. She then tried to insist I had to get the service done because I had "signed in". I informed her that I was under no obligation to accept service from someone displaying such unprofessional behavior. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've had. There was absolutely no reason for such terrible treatment, especially when they still had plenty of time before closing. I will never return to this location and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
