When I came back inside at 11:44 a.m., I was informed that the wax specialist was running about 15 minutes behind. I asked if another specialist was available and was told that the other employee had called out, leaving only one wax specialist working that day. This information should have been communicated before my appointment or, at the very least, when I checked in early so I could have decided whether to wait or reschedule. Instead, I waited over 20 minutes before asking for another update. The receptionist apologized and said she wasn't sure what was happening. I explained that I could wait another five minutes, but then I would have to leave to pick up my daughter. A few minutes later, she told me she didn't expect the specialist to be available anytime soon as she had t even heard paper from the wax room that was being used and apologized again. She also offered to have the manager place a $20 credit on my account (didn't happen). I appreciate the receptionist's kindness and the thought of that gesture, as the delay was not her fault. However, the situation could have been handled much better. Everyone's time is valuable, and with my busy schedule, I intentionally arrived early out of consideration for both your staff and my appointment. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. A couple of months ago, when I checked in, the reception area smelled strongly of marijuana. I had continued coming to this location because of the professionalism of my previous wax specialist, but she has since left to another location. Against my better judgment, I returned, and this experience has reinforced my concerns. I hope you will take this feedback seriously. Delays happen, but communication, professionalism, and respect for clients' time are what define a positive customer experience. I encourage you to evaluate the standards and customer service at this location so it better reflects your brand.

I got my eyelashes done for the first time with Michelle! My natural eyelashes are sparse, short, and straight yet she managed to give me an eye-opening look that wasn't dramatic. I had been nervous about getting too drastic of a look so she consulted with me and decided on the perfect length for my eyes. The whole process was incredibly relaxing, pain & mess free. I recommend getting your lashes done through her if you want a professional who will consider the look that you want and deliver. Eyelash extensions have saved me time when it comes to getting ready in the mornings and even when I go make-up free I look less tired as my eyes appear to be more open. Also- for those worried about the loss of your natural lashes, I did not lose a noticeable amount of real lashes before it was time for a fill-in as the length we chose were not heavy on my eyes. read more

I have to say that I am genuinely pleased with my entire experience. From setting up the appointment to leaving the appointment I made up my mind that I refuse to let anyone else do my service. Michelle is thougrough, professional and most of all she has perfected her craft. She asked me my needs and expectations and told me exactly what the process would be and would to expect. She educated me because too often we think we know what should happen but we have no idea what the process is. She also advised me on how to care for my extensions to prolong wear and keep them looking fresh. She provided me with lash brushes and a care bag. Michelle did a full set of lashes for me And I must say she is amazing! The lashes were very natural and very comfortable. I usually don't like wearing lashes but I was surprised by how comfortable it was when she did them. Maybe it was Bc of the type of lash or glue that she uses it's not as stiff as other places and they also lasted very long.
