This one seemed the easiest to schedule. While not having a storefront, it was simple to schedule a meeting time at a convenient place where my knife was expertly sharpened. I was surprised at the number of customers he had when I arrived to drop my knife off; he obviously has a reputation for his craft. I went for a coffee and half an hour later returned to pick it up. I had a chance to speak to Mike over the phone before I had them sharpened. Basically this company deals in bulk and the prices drop per knife the more that the customer sharpens. We had about 20 knives to sharpen and they ended up being about 7 dollars a knife when it was all said and done. The part that was pretty cool is that they send you an empty box directly to your house. It comes with a shipping label and some packaging material. After the knives were shipped back I got a phone call personally from Mike confirming that everything was perfect on my order. I cannot even begin to describe how sharp these knives were.
