I am updating my previous review because Off Road Warehouse management publicly responded here positively. So we gave them another chance. I didn't want any special treatment from this business because of my previous Yelp review. So, I waited awhile, then we went back, picked out items, presented them for payment, showed my Veteran's ID, and this time received their advertised Military / Veterans Discount. The measure of good customer service is rectifying issues to the customers satisfaction. Businesses that develop and maintain a customer service mindset are able to learn from mistakes. Off Road Warehouse management acknowledged and accepted their previous mistake and avoided blaming me the customer. It analyzed honestly and objectively what went wrong. It implemented corrective actions. It actively sought to make and keep me and my family members as customers. Staff answered all our questions and provided adequate and alacritous service Selection was adequate for the type of store it is Organized Clean Disabled-friendly Family-friendly No one here offered to commit fraud to reward us, pay us or compensate us for posting 5 star reviews of this business. Blessed are those who provide good customer service. Good customer service, which we got here, is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become customers and then repeat customers. I rate 'em 3 stars. According to Yelp ratings' definitions, that's "Ok". That to me is an acceptable rating of something that does day in and day out what it is there to do. It's NOT a negative review because doing day in and day out what it is there to do is NOT an easy thing to accomplish. I added a fourth review star for their finally complying with their boast of having a Military / Veterans Discount. I added the fifth review star because their management provided good customer service when they publicly addressed and corrected the previous issue that led to my first not-so-glowing review. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. I'll be back. For my Customer Rule is: Always patronize again a business that has treated you okay AND supports Veterans and Active Duty with a publicly disclosed daily Military and Veterans Discount. P.S. The choice of what to do or not do was completely mine. There was absolutely NO pressure to approve the other suggested services. They sent a text with pictures of what they found and explained anything/everything I asked about. Again, very much appreciated! I ended up needing new lower front rocker arms & bushings. They also performed an alignment (due to rocker arm replacement) oil change, tire balance & rotation and replaced the engine filter. I could see it was needed based on photos sent via the text. Jake found a replacement kit that included arms and bushings which saved me some money. Yay They also found the tires had been rotated improperly for an AWD. They checked tread wear and put tires in correct position to help them wear more evenly. I am completely satisfied with all levels of service received. Thank you so much Jake and Sunshine.

I even went to Walmart to get a different size tire iron, again, no fit. Finally, we called Busy Bee and our call was answered promptly. The person was honest enough to tell us that it might take an hour to an hour and a half before someone can get to us. Which was fine, but we got a call from an older gentleman sooner to let us know that he will be meeting us in about 35-40 minutes and he was on time. He was pleasant and conversant while he was changing my daughter's tire and had the tools to take the lug nuts off. In addition, he patched my daughter's tire as well! Saved us a lot of money by not having to buy 4 new tires for an all wheel drive car. I will have to call them and find out the gentleman's name because we are definitely using them again and would prefer the same gentleman to provide the service.
