I went back there and he did give me another tire - which was also damaged and went flat a couple days later. I went back and he said that there was no warrantee on used tires. I pointed out that I only had it for a couple of days and he refused to do anything about it. I did think it odd that he would only take cash for used tires - no cards. When I asked to replace the bad tire or return my money he flat refused to do either. Now I am running on my spare, with a useless tire in the truck and no money to get another one.

I very much liked the screen that showed the progress concerning the status of the repairs being done to to the vehicle. I was in the waiting room with another customer awaiting repairs to their vehicle and they encountered an issue, minor to the both of us but major to the shop, a simple fix, but to the shop it seemed like a major catastrophe, that didn't bode well to me. So the customer did what I would have done also, cancel the repair, take it home to make the expensive repair myself and return, which was exactly what he did. Then came my turn, they were not going to do the alignment due to what was considered major to them but rather minor to me. I requested the alignment done and I would come back after I made the repairs but they wouldn't warranty the alignment based on their findings, mind you their warranty was for three months and x amount of mileage. They would rather I ruin a perfectly good tire than to make the repair and have me come back after the work they required was done. Now it didn't stop there, the upselling went on for unnecessary parts which I knew weren't needing and even windshield wipers that were new but weather worn from a week that they were put on. I really don't think they will be on my list of places to get repairs in the future especially since I too can fix vehicles but am willing to let someone else do the work, but not if the repairs are not warranted and I'm aware they are not.

I do not need the services of a tire shop of rotation and flat repairs as I live 60 miles from town and it is to inconvenient for me to run in to do those things, which I do myself here at home. I just need mounting and balancing. Made me come back another day even though his shop was empty. Raised his voice at me for stepping foot into his shop when I didn't see anyone in the office, I was looking for someone to speak with. When I came the next day to have the tires mounted, I mentioned that the tires were directional, he fired back at me "Dont tell me how to do my job!" I told him that I was only stating my expectations. This was my 3rd set of tires mounted by him, if Bob doesn't want to do it for that money just tell me, two other shops have told me they will not mount tires that they didn't sell. I will not be using him anymore nor can I recommend this shop to anyone.

This shop destroyed one of my husband's wheels when I went back and asked them to fix a mistake they made. The tires I brought in had 2 different sidewall tread patterns, so when I dropped off the truck I asked that the aggressive tread face outward. They only did this on the front tires and not the back. When I brought it back to be fixed, they destroyed a wheel and stole my lug nut socket. I am positive that they did this on purpose because the wheels and lug nut socket were in tact when I got it back the first time. I should have known they would retaliate by the way Chris the shop manager treated me from the moment I came back in with the truck. I am out hundreds if not thousands of dollars to replace this wheel and my lug nut socket, not to mention the time and cost to have it redone by someone more competent. It is also worth noting that when I came to pick up my truck the first time, it had been sitting in front with the windows down and key on the center console for 2 hours. Please do not bring your vehicle here if you care about it! I attached pictures of my receipt and all of the wheel damage.
