As I know you can't drive far or fast with the donut. They were courteous and took the tire in informed me that they would check to see if the tire could be repaired. They said the tire repair would be free. That's very nice. I had to leave the tire there as they were really busy. Within two hours, they called back and said that the tire was not repairable. They asked me to call them and they would help me get another tire. I returned the next day, and they brought the tire to my vehicle and the rim . Buying a tire, however, I do have a road hazard agreement with Bill Pierce Honda so it was not necessary. Bill Pierce verified that the tire was not repairable . Fast friendly courteous can't ask for more. I should've checked to see the price of the tire. To see if it was a good value.

AAA towed my car to Tires Plus on Virginia Street here in Reno 89502. They told me that I needed a new car starter. Huh? A new car starter should last 7 - 10 years or 100,000 miles. I hadn't even put 14,000 miles on my car. It's obvious that Tires Plus sold me a defective car starter in May 2024, in my opinion & the opinion of my friends & family. I had to pay almost $700.00 for a new car start when I had already paid Tires Plus more than $600.00 two years ago. I am a senior on a fixed income. Tires Plus cares more about profits than customers. I do not trust Tires Plus!! I will be needing new tires before winter soon. And I will definitely NOT be buying the new tires from Tires Plus!

I was visiting from out of state, so I was worried because I didn't know any local shops and was afraid of being charged for unnecessary repairs. Instead, this mechanic took the time to properly inspect my vehicle and was honest about what he found. He discovered that my car was extremely low on oil and explained the situation instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive repairs. After following his recommendation and driving the car, it has been running great. At the end, he even jokingly said, "Hopefully I never see you again," meaning he hoped the problem was solved and that I wouldn't need to come back for the same issue.
