Came in because it's right down the street from my place. Haircut was pretty minimal nothing too flashy. Ended up with a rough neck, as you can see it's cut pretty jagged and left red raised marks under the hairline. Never had that happen before. Won't be returning. read more

Keep It Cut - Phoenix Encanto - Men's Hair Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Setup an appointment with Whitney and was a very bad idea. She was very rude and gave me terrible haircut.

Always leave this place feeling super fresh...barbers are great. Frank never lets me down. Getting the membership was one of the best things I've done. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend this place for a cut. read more

They made my sons hair very short when I asked for a 1 I wouldn't go back wouldn't recommend.!

Love this place, Ashley does an amazing job with my haircuts! They have been busy and their app has had challenges recently but they are they are understanding and do their best to get everyone in and out of there quickly! I appreciate Ashley and she's great to talk with as well while getting the best haircut in Phoenix! Will keep coming back and it's great I can get multiple quality haircuts with my membership! read more

I love getting my haircut here, and I can thank Shelby for that! Booking online is easy. From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted with a smile (lately it's been smiling eyes due to the masks lol) and get helped immediately. Shelby is always friendly and easy to talk to. Most importantly, I can trust Shelby to give me an excellent haircut!! read more

I've been going to this location once a week for the past 2 months and it's been the best experience ever! I've been getting my haircut by Shelby, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She's always in such a positive mood and a joy to talk to during the cut. Thank you for making my experience at Keep It Cut even better than it already has been! read more

Whitney is the best and I followed her to this new store. She is consistent and professional. This location is more convenient for me in a new shopping plaza with ample parking. Keep It Cut's same day online and in-store check-in system is another reason why I keep coming back as I can book the time that I want with the person that I want and then I don't have to wait. You can't beat the price for what you get: a perfect cut from friendly staff in nice, clean digs. read more

Visited this location for the first time about two weeks ago. So glad I did! It's so nice/cute inside! Didn't expect that at all! Staff are so friendly! I was able to set up an appointment with Melanie who I absolutely love! This girl will not do anything to your hair that you don't want. Before cutting, she'll even check in with you to make sure she's cutting off the length you want. She does not get scissor happy. I won't let anyone else touch my hair! She's my "Mrs. Edward Scissor Hands!" read more

I have been a customer to Nancy Nunez for so long. She always understands what I want and makes sure I'm more than happy afterwards. The new shop is very aesthetically pleasing. The manager Whitney does a great job of remaining positive and is always smiling. I recommend the shop to anyone and everyone, the deal for a haircut is unparalleled! read more

The Keep It Cut Concept is fantastic. I have very short hair that takes maybe 10 minutes to clean up. The problem is it looks sloppy if I let it go more than a week. Looks uneven and just not squared away. The membership lets me get freshened up on weekly basis at a great price. My barber Shelby is wonderful young lady who friendly, fun, and professional. She does a fantastic job and keeps me looking great! Thanks Shelby! Thanks Keep It Cut! read more

I had the worst experience here. I came to my appointment and to my surprise it was taken by a walk in. I sat there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They said if I would like to wait for someone to miss their appointment I could but that they were booked for the day. Do not come here this is the worst haircut experience I have ever had. I drove 30 minutes to get here as well. I was scheduled with a Jenna. I don't recommend her. read more

Love this place.. Shelby always does a great job and gives me a great trim consistently! You have to check it out.

For the love of Pete! Please invest in a new platform to set appointments. It wouldn't save your credentials. It books you on everyday rather than the day you want, if you can get it to make a reservations. Spend the money on a better platform. This current form is garbage! Staff is great but you guess are making the job harder! They do a good job and deserve better! They shouldn't also have to take time from the customer experience because owners don't invest in a better platform. This is bad business! If you treat your employees better you will also have better retention! read more

Melanie is great. She is super consistent so i know i am always going to get the fresh cut! awesome !

Danielle is hands down the best Stylist that has ever cut my hair. She takes her time and makes sure that I am happy with my haircut. She is super friendly and also gave me a Consultation before cutting my hair. After working with Danielle I definitely found my forever Stylist. She is super Professional and you can tell she take pride in what she does. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Also keep it cut should really Think about offering waxing. read more

I go to this shop because it's convenient being close to my office. For the most part, they do a decent job. It is annoying though when it's clear that they know they are going to be booked heavily, 1 or 2 hour wait times, if not entirely for the day and they have only 3 or 4 stylists working at a time. This place is always busy and they even expanded into a second-floor yet it's never in use. They ask on every walk-in "did you book online?" No. For the owners of Keep it Cut, the reason why is because using the website on your phone is TERRIBLE. It's just not made for a mobile version. Please invest in an app. Also please staff a bit better. read more

Just got back from getting my haircut. Once again, since I checked in online I didn't have to wait, Frank did a great job cutting my hair and we we had a few good laughs about who knows what. I'm so glad we found Keep it Cut and Frank when we move to Phoenix. Great people, great haircuts, fun place. What more could you ask for! read more

You can't find a better deal on haircuts than this place. For $29 a month you get unlimited cuts. I've never been disappointed. If you're looking for a nice fade ask for Alejandra, she does amazing and clean cuts. Their mobile app also makes it very easy to schedule appointments and you can schedule days in advance. The shop is always clean and I love the relaxed atmosphere. read more

Always friendly, speedy and I get the cut that I like. Have been coming here and the Arcadia location for awhile. Download the app and checkin online makes it less of a wait during busy hours. Monthly subscription works out if you like to keep your style clean and well maintained, come and get a clean cut every two weeks. read more

Terrible customer service! They cannot make any reservations over the phone all has to be done on line. Even though they answer the phone they won't do it. Some of us like to do these tasks while driving. Haircuts are mediocre not worth the rude customer service read more

This place is a good cut for the price, but it isn't without its issues. First appointment went ok. Second...not so much. Made the appointment and got there on-time. No greeting from anyone so I stepped aside and waited. Can't stay there or your standing in front of chairs and people directly in front of the check-in. 10min goes by...nothing. Somebody walks in, they are greeted and sent to there appointment. Still no acknowledgement. I walked out. Who knows if they even noticed. read more

Love this place. I have been a keep it cut member for 3 years now and have always had good experiences. I was really excited when they opened this location near my house. Whitney, Frank and Brielle have all cut my hair and groomed my beard. The only thing that matters to me is if my wife says she is happy and she has given the stamp of approval to all 3 of them. Thanks for keeping my hair from swallowing my face! read more

This place is awesome! When I first moved to the Phoenix area from Seattle it took some trial and error to find the right barber. Thankfully a friend recommended that I check out their location in Tempe, which was great! But since I live on the west side and work downtown, this particular location works best for me. First, you can't beat the membership price. Incredible value! With that aside though, they provide excellent service in a super cool environment. I would highly recommend Frank. He's personable, honest, and excellent at what he does. I was going to him when he was at the other Phoenix location and decided to follow him when he switched to this location. Definitely worth checking this place out and giving them a try. read more

Best haircut place to come to! Melanie has won my heart! Professional and cute my hair exactly how I want it. Love cracking jokes with here every time I come! GOO MELANIE!! read more

I've been going to KIC for a few years, and I've been to most of the locations. Each time I've found a barber for my Black hair. The Encanto spot in Central Phoenix is conveniently located. I love the online check-in system so I can go in, get my haircut, and go. I used to hate waiting at barber shops. The monthly subscription also saves money. I've price-checked other shops and haven't been able to find a better deal. read more

I went in today with 2 years of hair growth and immense skepticism. I usually don't like anyone touching my hair, but I made an appointment with Frank as soon as they opened. He was super friendly, welcoming and definitely comfortable with a pair of scissors. I've never been more confident to trust someone with my hair. As soon as I walked in, I felt relieved. I usually walk into a place, get a bad vibe and walk out. I'll for sure keep coming back here and not have to grow out my hair because I'm afraid of looking stupid. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. read more

Great place for a GOOD haircut! Quick, friendly and cool atmosphere. Frank and Ashley take pride in their work.

I had an appointment with Ashley today, and showed up 15 minutes early. At 1 minute after my scheduled appointment, the stylist decided to "fit in" another customer who didn't have an appointment. 35 minutes later, I'm still waiting. That kind of service, even from a single employee, is not ok. I cancelled my membership on the spot and won't be back. I really wanted to like this place, but it's not worth saving a few bucks if my time is of no value. read more

Love this place! And what a good deal for only $29 a month...friendly staff & excellent service...Nancy is awesome, friendly, experienced with all types of hair cut requests and always doing her best to give you the best cut in town....Frank and Whitney are both very capable hair stylists...welcoming and can handle almost any hair cut request .... you can't go wrong at Keep it Cut - Encanto ! read more

I come in once a week and am always thrilled with the results! Keeps me looking sharp and you can't beat the price of a membership!

I love having a membership at this location to keep my hair and beard cut and looking. I've used just about every stylist, and I'm extremely pleased with the result time after time. Today I took my kid with me as a guest because I was tired of having him butchered elsewhere. He got the best haircut of his life. It makes a difference when your kid walks away feeling confident. Thanks to the staff and their awesome manager who keeps the place staffed with rockstars! read more

I was bouncing between barbershops around the city for a while. I never really found that excellent barbershop. I walked in to keep it cuts in search of that place. I was very skeptical when I first walked in, and I mean knowing this place is not a barbershop and that you can get a great quality haircut for $20 or get a monthly membership for $30 was unheard of. That was two years ago, and I can speak for from my experience that I "found that place." I have not found a reason not to love this place; all the staff is excellent. When you walk in there, you can feel the incredible energy of the team. They greet you with a heartfelt hello and a smile. The only tricky part of this place is figuring out which stylist to get my hair done by. All the staff is very passionate and knowledgeable in their job. My favorite stylist is MELANIE, every time I sit in her chair; it feels like she is a top plastic urgent for hair; she knows what styles are in and out. I leave knowing that my hair will always look amazing. read more

I've been going to Keep it cut for years now and this location since it opened up. All of the staff are friendly and really care about you being happy with the haircut before you leave. Nancy is so sweet and wonderful and cuts hair like a pro ! The prices are low for the high quality product received . Check them out , you won't be disappointed :) read more

The service is horrible. Yes nice haircut but customer service is awful they don't have no sense of good customer service approach. Second time I'm sent away giving a lame excuse. I gave a try twice and I'm obviously not coming back. Yes, I was few minutes behind but I apologized and the guy at the front desk didn't care he said "I couldn't get a haircut" without offering any other options. read more

New to the area needed a cut. Didn't like my cut: the lady didn't know how to do hair and it was a simple cut. Manager took over. It was better but not how I liked it and not worth what I paid. read more

Great concept! I work nearby this location and I have been able to book my appointments and walk right in during lunch, super convenient, and I'm not giving up an hour and a half on a Saturday morning waiting in the barber shop lines. I have been seeing Shelby and hooks me up with a perfect cut every time Definitely recommend this business to everyone who likes to keep fresh haircuts. read more

Staff is very friendly and always on time for my appt. Whitney has been cutting my hair for over a year and I'll follow her wherever she goes! Their membership is a great option and would definitely recommend using it. Go to Keep It Cut - Encanto! read more
