Beth was my stylist and I have to say the worst stylist I've had in my 50+ years. To embarrassed to post pics.

I have been going to Keep It Cut since the OG location opened at Arcadia and it is honestly the easiest and most convenient membership concept ever! Bella is the best and cuts my hair weekly. She is truly amazing!!! read more

Made an appointment here and service was great at first.... Until I had to speak with Danielle. She is so rude, has no patience with costumers and overall has no costumer service skills. If you are not able to provide costumer service you should probably find another job. 1/10 would recommend. read more

I've been going to Danielle for over 10 years, but my haircut yesterday was the best ever! Sitting in Danielle's chair is like magic! Ask for Danielle. You won't be disappointed! read more

(I left this review for the wrong location earlier) but Loren was great!! If you're looking for a good cut from someone who is very talented and knowledgeable and also works efficiently then she is who you should go to! My husbands hair looks great! She listened to him and gave her professional advice on how to achieve the look he wanted and we explained how we have had some trouble finding someone in the past who knows how to work with his curly hair and she nailed it! They also got us in last minute which we're thankful for, He is very happy with his cut. I would recommend her to anyone! The overall vibes of the place were good as well and customer service was great! We will be back for sure! read more

Websites says they take walkins-- they don't keep space open for walk ins. The front desk "oh that's just if we have time."

Jocelyn does an amazing job. Will keep coming back because of her! She gives an amazing haircut and knows what she's doing!

I've been going to Bella for my haircuts, and she is fantastic! Not only does she do an amazing job with my cut every time, but she's also great to talk to and always makes me laugh. I highly recommend Bella and the rest of the team, like Danielle, for a top-notch experience! read more

Been going to Kyndall for about four years now. It's hard find a good barber, let alone one in your neighborhood. I'm extremely grateful to have found her and wouldn't trade her for the world. As an added bonus, her hair is a different color every time you see her. I've also been to Melanie and Whitney when Kyndall is out of town, both are great. The staff is fun, casual, and the best I've encountered. read more

always great haircuts here and they sometimes are able to squeeze me in even if I don't have an appliance believe me they book up quickly. I love the membership program which it totally worth it. Bella gave me a nice skin fade today and even trimmed these bushy eyebrows. read more

I've been a Keep It Cut member for over 2 years and have never had a bad experience... never treated differently because of my sexuality and always leave happy and with a perfect cut. Yesterday was no different. I saw a new stylist named Shawn and he was superb! We had a fun conversation and laughed and I felt very taken care of. My haircut came out perfectly and I look forward to booking with him again!!! Thanks Shawn and Keep It Cut!!! read more

I really like the convenience and quality of my haircuts here and feel very fortunate having found this place after almost a year of futiley searching for a fast and consistent barber. The staff are always friendly & customer service-oriented. You also get great discounts on products if you are a member. I started the year with unhealthy hair and between repeat trimmings & using American Crew conditioner, my hair feels soft & re-vitalized...definitely one of the highlights of my year because my hair once felt like "cadaver hair". I usually get my hair cut by Melanie, because she's a master at her craft; but have had a good experience getting my hair cut by Kyndall and Frank whenever Melanie was unavailable. read more

Alejandra is amazing!!!! 10/10 super happy with my boyfriends hair the barbershop is always super clean and the atmosphere is nice read more

Keep It Cut - Phoenix Encanto - Mid drop fade - Men's Hair Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Hands down best cut with Melanie everytime. I currently live in California 6 hours away, but anytime I travel to Phoenix I make sure to schedule a hair cut with her. Overall, great place! read more

For a barber shop in the valley, this location has skills and reasonable prices in its favor. I've been sitting at Frank's chair weekly for about three years+ now and I've not been disappointed. Warning, this location can get busy, using the app will be in your favor. read more

This review is long over due. Keep it Cut is almost a weekly stop for me and should be. This has been my go to place when I need a fresh fade for over a year now. The location, pricing, availability and great customer service keeps me a happy customer. Everyone in here is friendly and great at hair. Alex (Alexandra) is my barber of choice. She makes the cuts quick but she is always a good conversation. She really makes the 20 minutes fly by. Most importantly the cut always comes out clean. P.S. For future users or current ones, if you're having problems making an appointment through the app just go to the browser. read more

Tried booking online, set an appointment/ "check in" for SUNDAY at 10am, then received an email confirming for Monday. After specifically selecting Sunday. Not to mention, the doors being locked at 9:58 when they open at 10am. Clearly the staff at the Encanto location cannot show up on time. When you are in the service industry, make sure to be available for your clients in a timely manner. Stating walk-ins welcome but not having anything available is also poor for business. The concept is good but if it cannot be executed the business will fail. Looking at the reviews, I'm not alone and the owners/management could care less. Peace read more

Bianca is a great barber. Every time I go in, she knows exactly what to do and makes it perfect. I've never had a bad cut from her before and she always takes her time ensuring you love it. read more

So for 10 years I've been getting my hair cut at this company. I booked an appointment at this location, I arrived 3 minutes late and waited another 3 to be helped and thè exceptionally rude, in professional who wouldn't give her name said I was late and cancelled me. Yes you read correctly. Then some other even more rude, unprofessional, ignorant, loud woman comes up making rude comments. If your gay stay away. The manager is equally useless letting her employees talk to a customer like that. Fag, asshole, we're a few of the word's said to me. I will never go back and will do everything I can to let it be known what kind of people work there. Now if you need a good men's cut, go to the Glendale location at least you will be treated with respect and dignity. If you want to know more look on google and Facebook. My advice again, stay away from this place. read more

I've been going here since they opened and have never left with a bad haircut :) Ellie and Bella are the two I typically go to and they are awesome! Highly recommend. read more

Just got my haircut for the first time by Danielle, she was amazing from the minute I walked in the door... acknowledged me right away, even tho she was finishing up w a client. Asked me what I was wanting for my hair and she 100% delivered exactly what I wanted, while having a lively conversation. She was awesome and my haircut was exactly what I was wanting!! I'll definitely ask for DANIELLE every time!! The prices are also super reasonable, so tip your barber!! read more

Keep It Cut - Phoenix Encanto - Keep it Cut!! Thanks Danielle! - Men's Hair Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Pretty disappointed in the quality of haircuts here. I guess I should've known better. Despite all of the decor and marketing, this is a barber shop; NOT a salon. I'm sick and tired of going to places where the stylist decides to cut my hair short to match what's 'in' or what they were taught at barber school. This places excels at short skin fades.... And that's pretty much it. Don't expect to get a quality haircut of any length for a man here. I was very disappointed with just how short my hair was cut compared to the picture I showed after I left, and will likely never return here again. read more

I've never gotten a bad haircut from this place. All the stylists are phenomenal and friendly. The only thing that can be improved upon is the app. It's one of the most frustrating apps you'll ever encounter. Scheduling an appointment is a must; you're nearly guaranteed to not get in as a walk-in. Shout out to Danielle and Alejandra! read more

Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of cuts at this place. We took our two boys and the stylist was Anahi, my oldest sons cut was uneven way toooo short and nothing like the photo he showed her. He was unable to style it the way he wanted. My other sons fade was uneven almost as if she was leaning on one side. We ended up taking them to a barber who actually felt bed and fixed their cuts for free (I did give him a nice tip). We might try this place again sometime in the far future I'm a strong believer of second chances but for now I do not recommend it! Make your decision and try it if you like. I will post pics of the original hair cuts later. read more

1st time was a walk in and I was lucky enough to get Danielle so I saved her card. It had no address on it and being new to Arizona I had no idea where the location was so I called every shop until I found her. Again, no disappointment. Great cut and beard trim. The establishment is clean and friendly. A bit of a hassle to make a reservation on line but I figured it out and it was worth it. Danielle is friendly and knows her skills. I will be a regular. read more

Bella is amazing love my haircut and beard trims every time. She is very friendly and good at what she does. The staff is always friendly

I've been going here since the Fall of 2020. I recommend any stylist at KIC Encanto. They are all great. For the past 12 months, Danielle has been regularly cutting my hair. Danielle (recently promoted to manager) is professional and courteous. She goes out of her way to make all clients feel comfortable. She values her clients and genuinely attempts to build relationships with her clients. Recently, she began cutting my son's hair, and she again took the time to build a relationship. Thank you KIC Encanto and Danielle. Your professionalism does not go unnoticed!! read more

I have a membership here and couldn't be happier with my stylist Jenna she is so awesome she cuts my hair and beard just the way I like it and she is awesome to talk with and also all the other stylists are great as well. So happy I found an awesome stylist. read more

Bella is awesome she is the go to! The place has a cool and friendly vibe! Easy to book on the app

Went back for another quick beard and neck trim! Melanie was great! Thank you.

I UNDERSTAND... It's hard to just go somewhere new & get a cut... Scrolling through reviews & studying which name pops up the most in 5 star reviews to cut your hair for the first time. My old barbershop was a 45 minute drive and I was with my barber for over 10 years & he always did his part, even tho I was spending over $80 a month and waiting 1-3 hours every time just to get a haircut by him. NOW ITS MORE CONVENIENT & MUCH BETTER.. I usually cut with Ashley & Whitney but to be honest they all know how to cut & keep you fresh!! Just be specific how you like it & I always recommend to show a picture of how you like your style because I believe everyone has there own ways, you can say. WALK INS are welcomed but always recommend doing an appointment online. I do UNLIMITED for $35 a month which is Haircut & Wash. I go once a week, but you can go everyday just to use it and abuse it lol. ***Mention your friend Andy N. Sent you there and you get a free unlimited month ****PLEASE TIP, believe it or not but you'll be surprised on how much people just go get a cut with a membership and not even leave a dollar. Sorry but don't be cheap & support your hairstylist. *****Thank you for always keeping our daughter entertained & feel loved Keep it cut, especially Whitney! read more

I've been with Keep It Cut for years and finally cancelled my membership today. I ask for the same haircut each time and get a different result each time. The only consistency I've had was using the same stylists each time, which make sense, however all the good stylists leave Keep it cut and then you're left with the rest; and having to re-explain things over and over. On top of that, if you're a few minutes late they will cancel on you, but if you show up on time you'll still end up waiting 10-15 minutes anyway. Got tired of the crappy haircuts and service and canceled today. If you can find a good stylist there, the pricing is amazing and the environment is nice, but good luck finding a good stylist. read more

I've been a regular customer here for years and while everyone at this location is great, Kyndall taking care of my hair on Friday lunch breaks has become a regular and welcome part of my weekly routine. Her work is excellent and the conversations always make the 20 minute cut fly by. Great job to all the staff and the owners for keeping such a good crew! read more

Melanie is always very kind and takes care of me! Other staff is always welcoming and gives a fun environment to get a great haircut!

This place is a game changer. Unlimited haircuts each month for less than the price of just two haircuts at one of the Cut/Clip chains. And on top of that, the talent and ability of the stylists + the quality of service is on par with barbershops and salons well above their price point. For me the cost effectiveness and convenience is absolutely unbeatable. HUGE BONUS: The app makes scheduling regular appointments with your favorite stylist on the same day or days in advance quick, easy, and painless. This location in particular is one of the most friendly, inviting, and well-run businesses I patronize. Whitney and her team take great care of the people they serve. Definitely a customer for life. read more

It's a haircut place. Sometimes I get a good haircut, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I get a good stylist, sometimes I don't. The haircut itself isn't anything different than you would get at like a great clips, but I do enjoy the ease of checking in online. I guess I come here because it's convenient, but I always feel "rushed out" even if I hate the haircut. One guy in particular just cuts real fast, takes off the black apron and sends you on your way without even letting you comment or look at your haircut at all. Like I said....it's a haircut place. read more

This place just opened in my neighborhood and I needed a haircut pretty bad. It's a full service men's barbershop with a membership option. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and the highly skilled young lady nailed it! You can just tell when you're getting a good haircut! She asked pertinent questions about shortness and did a great job. They even have an app so you can set up an appointment with your preferred barber. The decor is like a fashionable car garage with a rolling front door that was open because the weather was beautiful. Worked well for me read more
