So off to Craigslist., I called Keep It Clean and asked specifically if Sunday was an issue. Nope . I'll be there between 11-1pm and I'll text you 30 min before I arrive. Perfect ? . Not So Much. Go elsewhere. We scheduled our cleaning with Vince, which was rather simple. The technician, Travon came out and deep cleaned our carpets. The next day I noticed that they did not smell clean in the least bit. Not to mention the excess water from the cleaning was more grey than clear. I contacted Vince to explain that our carpets were definitely not deep cleaned. His only response was to just texted Travon's contact information so that I had to follow up with the tech. Travon said he would come out to re-clean the carpets the following week. I was given the run around with when he could get here and it took a week of me following up constantly to see when he would get back to clean our carpets. He finally said he would fully refund. Then rescinded that promise. Now I'm still waiting for 50% of what is owed to me. Trying to support a local biz, but I definitely chose the wrong one. read more

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the cleaning I had done. Cleaning was completed extremely quick (2,000+ SF in about an hour and 15 minutes) and left much to be desired in multiple rooms. My house still has a bad smell from the cleaning, as if perhaps the water was not clean. I was told that they would be out today to resolve my issue with the cleaning being unsatisfactory but have not heard anything else from them. This company does not even deserve one star. I scheduled for a 2 hour window. I came home from work using 3 vacation hours to be here. They did not show up and did not bother to call, apologize or tell me why. I finally called them and he said they needed to reshedule when their hose was fixed (no apology and no discount offered to protect their reputation). Like a fool, I rescheduled, then they texted me after I came home and waited for hours that they were just too busy to come. Six precious vacation hours was a stiff stupidity tax. Scheduled with these guys for carpet cleaning but were a no show, had to call to check and was told they don't have me listed and asked if I had the right company, but then they seen it but nothing was done, then they tell me they have someone on their way I asked how long for the ETA and the guy on the phone snap back at me telling me I don't have to be there and pay over the phone but I wanted to ensure they show up as they didn't the first time and figure I rather pay cash, a half hour passed I called again and the guy told me they'll be there in 30-45min. Terrible experience! Quoted me a price initially. I thanked him. High. Owner called me back and quoted me a lower price. Set up time/date. Window of 2 hrs.( 11-1 pm)Get a call from employee asking for address. (This happened 3 times). Said he would be early. Could he come prior to 11 am. Yes. No show and it is 1:15. Call him and he is coming my way. We are on a time schedule. Call the boss, he said he would call him and see what is happening....said he would call me back....no call back. Never again. I contacted Keep It Clean Phx to take care of my carpets. I had to work so basically had to leave the money for him to grab. He upsold on other products and told me he would only take the extra 30 dollars if he was able to remove some stains. He was in and out in twenty minutes, I paid 100 dollars for 20 minutes and he didnt remove the stains. If that wasn't bad enough some of his messages made me uncomfortable. He commented on some of the items in my house that were incredibly unprofessional. He sent me a photo of himself claiming he thought he knew me. Where I did not know, since I am a young girl in my twenties. He commented on the photos in my home I felt very uncomfortable with that, and the context of the text messages. Same day I sent photos of things I was unhappy with. He told me he would come back this week to fix it. I heard nothing back and finally contacted him friday. He said he would text me friday night about what time he would come Saturday. I didn't hear back by Saturday at 1pm. So i text him asking for my money back for the additional services I bought. He told me he would come Sunday to fix the carpet so I agreed to let him fix it. Still there is baking soda on my carpet and it seemed like a half ass job. To make things worse, I came home to my door wide open. My house door was left wide open. Luckily I was not robbed. Never again. read more

Horrible scam artists!! He said $67 straight over the phone 2 weeks ago and today, (my move out day for my rental) He says $107 becausre the carpet needs enzymes. I told him my landlord is replacing thrle carpets because they are old and the property management said I still havr to get them cleaned to fulfill the lease. Therefore I only neef the $67 clean. If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a $199 "Thorough house cleaning" Angie's List deal. I called and spoke with Brittney from "Keep it Clean" and scheduled a cleaning date and time. Brittany did not show up for the first appt or for the second appt she made to clean the house. On the third appointment she showed up but refused to do the work unless I paid her an additional $200.00 on top of the $199 Angie's List deal. She refused to clean the house. She flaked out on the first 2 appointments. She tried to double the cost for the job. Essentially, she tried to con me and rip me off. The job was NOT excessive as my landlord's cleaning staff (we had moved out and were no longer in town) handled the work for $225 total. So even the "deal" would not have been much of a deal, even if you ignore the flaking out on appointments and attempt to scam us. Brittany called me the morning of September 24, 2015 (3rd day after when the initial appointment should have occurred) to tell me that the house she is supposed to clean is what she considers "excessive" due to dog hair throughout the house. She said this about an empty house that is less than 2,000 sq ft in size. She refused to clean the house for the agreed upon $200 Angie List deal. She instead said that I either needed to pay her an additional $200 to clean the house OR that I should just get a refund from Angie's List for the deal because she would not do it for anything less than $400. I vacuumed the house before we left it, there was no furniture in it for her to dust or clean around, no linens to be cleaned or beds to be made. The carpets are being replaced so she was not expected to do anything with them either. It would seem that she just did not want to do the work of cleaning a house. Brittany was supposed to clean the house on September 22nd but contacted my landlady to tell her that her son was sick and she was unable to come clean that day. Okay, we can all understand that. Brittany then said she would be at the house the following day, September 23rd, to clean. However, she did not go to the house to clean on the 23rd either. And when she finally did come to the house on September 24th, she called me to state that she refused to clean the house unless I pay an additional $200, which would make the price double of the Angie's List deal. I am sincerely disappointed by this entire exchange. The house is most certainly NOT "excessively" dirty. Yes, there is dog hair in the house but the house was vacuumed right before we left it. This job should have been done on the 22nd and yet here I am having to write a note to the Angie's List e-commerce department to try and get a full refund for the voucher because this company refused to follow through on their comment. I am taking the time to write this review, detailing what has occurred to try and warn other people about this person who is trying to scam people by coming back and stating the job is actually double the initial cost. As well as, still having to get someone else come and clean the house as we have moved out of the area already, which Brittany knew about. Please beware of the claimed house cleaning services by this company, "Keep It Clean". The person doing the cleaning, Brittany, did not show up when scheduled and apparently thinks it is okay to try and run a scam where she charges twice the agreed upon rate. She used my trust in Angie's List to con me and that is unacceptable! To add further disappointment, I then contacted Angie's List to let them know that Keep It Clean refused to clean my house, refusing to honor the Angie's List Deal Voucher and that they told me to get a refund from Angie's List, only for it to be over the 30 day mark from when I purchased the deal so Angie's List is holding those funds in a credit I can only use with one of their deals and the funds can expire so I had better find something to use them quickly (per Angie's List). Use Yelp and the NextDoor app to find quality help. Let your neighbors offer you people who did good work for them. No need to be a sucker like me and pay for a service like Angie's List. read more

I didn't think my carpets and tile were worth keeping but my wife insisted we try professional carpet and tile cleaning before giving up. Our Alaskan Malamutes are hard on floors and we were having lots of guests coming into town for the holidays. I hate to admit it but my wife was right. Keep it clean did an amazing job. Purchased thru a AAA members deals offer. Was not impressed with the end results. Did not agitate the carpet before cleaning (as our previous cleaner did). We paid for stair cleaning and only did top of tread. When I asked why he said he never does the bullnose or riser (but if I was willing to pay more on top of what I was charged for the stairs he would do the whole stair). He laughed when I said you charged me extra for the stairs but are only doing part of them. He was rushing at the end (kept getting phone calls to meet someone) and you can see streaks where all the dirt was not removed after the carpet dried. Most noticeable in the last areas cleaned. Lots of scratches and marks on the walls and baseboard from him carelessly dragging the hose around corners and rubbing his cleaning tool against the baseboard. Stay away!!! read more

I was gifted a $199.00 "Thorough house cleaning" as a house warming gift from Angies List and was looking forward to all the dust and debris to be removed by a professional.. When I had to push the appt out a few days due to the demo work not being done I was told Wednesday would be my future appt between 10-11.. However when I tried to reach out to confirm the day of I was told it was not set for Wednesday and was in fact set for that Friday.. Since we were having a party at our housewarming THAT Friday I wasn't too upset over it and agreed. THEN come Friday I got a TEXT about 30 min before they were supposed to show up from Brittney saying that they would have to push out the appt until the following week. My husband had actually slept at a hotel that night (due to his hours at work with the nigh shift) and didn't want to interfere with their cleaning. Not only were we out of house cleaners for the day but my husband had wasted $100+ on a hotel room AND we had a week where we could have been deep cleaning our home but didn't because we were told we had an appt to have "professionals" do it for us. I felt like I was last on their priorities even though they were paid in advance.
