We loved our luxury aloe pedicures and left refreshed and smooth from the sugar scrub, aloe, and paraffin wax treatments. Not to mention too the massage was well received. I would definitely go back the next time go out to visit the area.

I wasn't going to do a full set and actually decided last minute that I wasn't going to but he suggested I do since my nails were very short. I'm glad I did it because I feel like myself again and the color is amazing. I'd like to thank one of the ladies who did my pedicure as she asked 3 times that my original color would be too sheer so I'm happy she gave me an opportunity to change it because the color is fabulous!

I had a terrible experience here and will not be returning. The nail tech was clearly rushing the…read moreentire service and could not execute a simple white French tip. The lines were uneven, sloppy, and not filled in correctly. When I politely asked him to fix them, he became visibly upset and started complaining and cussing instead of correcting the work professionally. Instead of fixing the French tips properly, he angrily added white all over my nails, making them worse, and then proceeded to remove product out of frustration. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I expect basic professionalism, especially when paying for a service. If you can't take feedback or perform a standard French tip without getting upset, you shouldn't be working on clients. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It took me a while to decide what color to get my nails as she has so many different gel polish colors! She is super meticulous during the manicure and gel application. I got off work 15 minutes early, at my appointment I was told by Leon he could not do the design I asked for. Even though before the appointment I confirmed the design I wanted to get. He said "I am not doing your nails anymore ". Very unprofessional, I am beyond disappointed. I was really looking forward to get my nails done before my vacation. Also, I work at Starbucks so I can only get my nails done when I go on vacation. Overall, I felt like he was limited on time and he did not want to do a complicated set.

So a basic pedi was $53 without tip. So with tip you're looking at close to $60. For polish. Honestly, for that price you can get gel and probably a tip included at other salons. Their prices are $13 - 20 higher than other comparable salons, I don't mind paying extra for a specialty/ premium pedi but this is not the case . I'm not sure what justifies this high price, but I will not be coming back. *edit after business response : high sanitation practices should be standard and not considered a luxury. The prices are still higher than other salons.*
