We spend a decent amount of money here on food and drinks and always leave generous tips. We came in Saturday night for dinner/ drinks and grabbed a seat near the window. Made eye contact with one of the regular servers on our way to be seated. Normally within a couple of minutes we'd be greeted by a friendly face, menus dropped off and drink order taken. Well not this time. We sat for bout 20 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. One server came to a table that was infront of us 3 times and didn't say a word to us. Nothing. A different server came to another table twice and again- nothing. To note, it wasn't very busy so we really couldn't understand the poor, or lack of service. We walked out disappointed and it'll likely be quite some time before, if ever we give Magnums another shot. Luckily, our next favorite place had a table available, and we ended up having a lovely evening filled with good food, great service and sine live music.

There were 2 small pieces of Cod that were tasty but not overly so. The fries were twice fried fries. They were hollowed out in the middle is how you can tell. Since the fries were an integral part of the meal, this is where the overall ranking comes from. In my opinion, this is a maybe do-over.

Then a handwritten stained pieces of folded notebook paper and crossed out words here and there, presenting it to us as the "currently availability hookah flavors" (red flag) . We still kept an open mind and began to place out orders. Every hookah food and drink order requested was "not available" or out of stock. We ask to see the manager, who walks in and tried to make a package deal to accommodate the lack of availability from all departments. Hungry ad realizing there is not much to eat, we ask for our cover money back to leave. We are approached by promoter who refuses to return our money and begins arguing with manager about lack of food or hookah flavors or drinks (red flag) . The unprofessional Promoter goes back to negotiate giving us back half but returns with 4 bouncers and forces us out of the place and curses at us upon us asking for our refund after he tells us he is not allowed to serve us hookah tobacco because the place is not licensed to do so , and continues to yell at us as we walk out the door .
