I thought that it was going to have to be scrapped at worst or several hundred to repair at best. They got it fixed up and running perfectly again in less than two hours for a very VERY reasonable fee. This season, I had them come out and install a second pellet stove for us in the downstairs of the house. (Where the 40 year old wood burning insert was) Same great service AND price.
