He did a repair for a pedestal sink my daughter climbed in to reach the top shelf of the medicine cabinet which ripped away from the wall (because the plumber who installed it didn't properly anchor it) breaking the drain in two. Dave fixed the wall and the drain and made sure it was anchored the way it should be. It's not just fixed, it's better than when it was first done and the repair looks great! A person who claims to be trustworthy, honest and committed to customer service would have the decency to, at the very least, let someone know that they're not interested in the job. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere…read more Had a home inspection done in the Lehigh Valley. They were unable to complete a septic inspection due to the state of the septic system on the house. I was told I could request a refund. I requested that refund on July 28. I was told it was being processed that afternoon. On August 13 they told me the check would not have been approved until August 6 and then mailed on August 7. I was told the latest it would arrive was August 21. When I called today I was told the check was never even processed. On top of this their water inspection came back several days late - "worst-case scenario is next week around Monday" and it came Wednesday. Their radon inspection came back with incorrect information that they told me they could not correct until they got their device back 2 days later. Apparently they are unable to edit PDFs. I never received the corrected radon inspection. Completely unprofessional.
