Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. We ordered three pallets of flagstone to be delivered to our home. They were to be delivered on Wednesday but they were too busy. They did leave a message on my answering machine. Thursday was supposed to be the definitive day of delivery. We did not get it. No message this time.Friday, I had to call them to ask them if the delivery was coming that day. I had to stepped out to the store but when I returned, I found the 3 pallets had been delivered, toppled over and broken into small pieces. When my husband called to make the claim, Joelle said that she saw pictures already and didn't see a problem with it. Because we wanted them delivered on our driveway, that was to be expected. We were never told that they would just be dumped off the truck. And quite honestly, If that's the way they were delivered in the grass, they would've broken just the same. I didn't think I would have to ask if they used a forklift to assist delivering the THREE flagstone pallets! Customer service was very dismissive with our claim, that we just decided to use what we can and then go with another company for the rest of our project. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We were trying to give a small business the upper hand during this difficult economical time. Never again! read more

Buyer beware. We had our backyard landscaped by interstate. All plants were supposed to be warranted for 1 year. A few months after installation, a tree and shrub were dead. We spoke to the owner every 2 weeks for 4 months, asking to have replacement. His response, "I'll get to it when I get to it". He will not commit to any time line. I guess he feels we should look at dead trees another 4 months. Don't use unless you are prepared to be ripped off. Very unproffessional! read more

Hired Joe Mirro and his company Interstate Landscaping to install a paver walkway and patio on my property in Bethlehem Township. Signed a contract and placed a deposit with him on March 20, 2020. Applied for a permit from the town. Was denied the permit based on square footage usage on my lot. Joe said he would call the inspector to see what could be done. According to the town inspector, Joe has never called him to discuss this project. I asked for a refund because this project could not be completed as written in the contract. Joe refused to refund my deposit. Decided to amend the project to include only the patio and the permit was then issued. Joe had to come by (because he had misplaced or lost the original contract) and rewrite a new contract which was signed on October 24, 2020. It is now 2021 and I have not SEEN nor HEARD from Joe Mirro and his Interstate Landscaping company. Their motto "Proudly Owning Our Reputation" is a joke. Would NOT use or recommend Joe or his company to anyone. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!!! read more

After waiting 3 weeks for a refund I then reached out again re: the refund not having arrived. I had to agree to the 50% refund amount that I was originally offered just for the sink hole and then the check finally got mailed out. The incomplete part of the 2nd job did not get refunded. Something is better than nothing. read more
