He went off on my husband and proceeded to tell him he didn't need this shit, we know what we are doing and that they have been in business for half a century. So this is how you speak to a potential customer?? We have the right to know the process (step by step) which is being done to our driveway. So we were to pay him cash and not even know what they were about to do. I DON'T THINK SO !!!! Beware !! Please be careful when hiring this contractor. Get everything is writing!!!

They removed a fence panel to access a large tree stump that had sprouted 10 foot branches near and under my fence. After surrounding the area with heavy net barriers to prevent collateral damage, they brought in a stump grinder, ground up the stump after using a chainsaw to remove the sprouted branches, smooth-raked the area, replaced the fence panel secured it with screws, and made it look like nothing ever happened. Within a month a board split and they replaced. However that was where the good experience ended. After that boards warped and split more than you expect from wood and at first they told me they would fix it, however later they then said it's not their responsibility. I'm addition I found numerous boards that were never screwed in or screws that didn't catch onto anything. Then after letting it dry all winter as they recommended I ended up with a board that warped up into a trip hazard because it was never screwed down when it was installed. All in all I tried to work with them for 8 months to get the workmanship issues resolved, however they will not respond or resolve the issue and I had to get someone else to fix their workmanship issues.
