When I reached out with a few follow-up questions regarding the actual scope of work, they sent someone back out to take another look. The representative who came out didn't seem very knowledgeable about the project details or process. His father ended up stepping in, and while he seemed to know more, he asked his son what had been quoted and made it obvious he thought the initial estimate was too low. I asked them to send me an updated quote so we could clarify the job and move forward, but they completely ghosted me and never got back to me. It is frustrating to waste time with a contractor that lacks clear internal communication, doesn't stand by their estimates, and fails to follow up with potential clients.

Ronnie came and provided multiple estimates and discussed our needs/wants, he was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Eventually, we agreed on the scope of the project and work began in early May with an expected timeline of about a month: driveway expansion, install drywall/drainage and landscape design of our backyard mountain. Ronnie, Ed and the rest of the team showed up day one on-time, excited and eager to start. Each day afterwards the team showed up on-time in the morning and worked into the evening making sure we understood the status before they left. We had great weather so the job went much quicker than originally expected, they were done in just over a week! Ed's work with the large machines is hypnotic and smooth and the team did some serious work bringing in and laying all the stone. Ronnie was always available for questions and was constantly evaluating and making adjustments to make sure we were happy with the end result. Overall we're super pleased with the work that Ronnie, Ed and the rest of the team did for us. We recommend and would totally hire them again! Thank you Ronnie, Ed and team so much again! Once the parts all arrived, 2 weeks for a damn downrod fans took 2 days Amazon is crazy, We made the appt and Jerry picked up all the parts he needed and showed up. We worked in a heated attic, I needed a fan to keep him cool, but we got all the wiring done. The fans where installed in a cooler environment, but that attic was super hot. I now finally have a ceiling light in 2 bedrooms that both have fans on them. First time in 35 years of living here. Great job. Might have another job in a few months that might be harder than this one.
