Two wonderful gentlemen showed up the same day I called, great guys. Did it in less than two hours, and when the invoice came, I was being charged $625.00. They charged me an extra $75 for disassembling a furniture, a furniture was not disassembled, and another $100 for holding the stuff until Monday, it's Saturday today. I was not told of an extra $100 because the dump site is closed. I asked him to honor the flat rate he gave me. He ended up revising his invoice and charged me $500. I paid him the over priced rate just to get done with him but told myself to give him a less than stellar review. I will not use him again, there are other companies who will keep their word and rate.

They told me to file a claim - which I did immediately after they left. Customer service put me in touch with the manager (Mark) who is the meanest and rudest person that I may have ever spoken to. Mark stated that I was lying about the damage that was done and that I did the damage myself??. After explaining numerous times that I have proof (images before and after, text time stamps, etc) - he continued to say I was the problem. Not even a simple "I'm sorry this happened to you" Next steps will be taken. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!! Update 9/29 9:48AM - called the number provided in response to my Google review to see if they would resolve anything and the number is for the generic customer service line. The customer service rep cannot resolve any issues and has only put in a request for the manager to call me. Based on how the manager spoke to me yesterday, I have low hopes but I will update the review after I hear back. Update 9/30 - I was completely ignored. No call back. Not shocked though since that's the type of company they are. TERRIBLE!
