Anthony's a pro, from the extreme responsiveness to the request for a quote to the thoughtfulness of the questions when he toured our house to the crew that he brought onsite. We had our house done last year. My husband is in sales & could tell that the salesman John was just making up a price to ensure there was wiggle room if we tried to negotiate. The price he came up with was very high & was not willing to go much lower. Most of that money goes right to the salesman. Unfortunately We were on a limited time budget & wish we had more time to get more reasonable quotes. When I talked to some friends after we had ours done, they told us about the painting companies they used & the much lower prices they paid & how happy they were with the results. Certapro is the biggest RIPOFF out there.
