Greg, the owner was different on the phone than everyone else. He was so friendly and didn't make my job sound like some very involved, expensive job. He gave me a rough quote from some pics I texted and was at my house to do an accurate quote just a few days later. His quote on the phone was in the range he gave me on our phone conversation, so I was happy. Greg arrived with a helper which was also very friendly, and both respected my property and home. They were on time, gave me the best price out of 4-5 quotes and they did a great job! I got on the roof and inspected up close, and I am so happy with the finished job. Then he sends me a nicely typed estimate. When I read through the proposal I noticed he did not include a stone base for most of the driveway. But I sent in my deposit with the signed propsal noting his ommission. A few days later I received a received a letter asking for another $1500.00. So I called them back requesting an explanation but Bob was not available so I asked the person on the phone how was Bob going to lay asphalt wihout a stone base, never got a call back. But I was told I was on their schedule for 7/6/22. Getting closer to that date I called them to ask if I was still on their company,they said no. No phone calls to tell me that so I lost two months. A few days latter I get a letter in the mail from Bob saying they are no longer interested in my job. A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, STEER CLEAR OF THEM IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.
