I then emailed and asked if he could only do back gutter cleaned and repair boot. I would wait on debris covers. New job would now have no material costs and obviously a lot less labor. New estimate......$475. So the price went up $75 for a lot less work. When I pointed this out he said he would do the new job for $400. So same price for smaller job without materials. It leads me to believe he doesn't have a standard pricing system but simply charges whatever he feels like at the moment. Poor business practice I got another company to come out and do everything for $200. The amount of time it took Angel to climb to my roof and take pictures the other guy did all the work.

He was patient as I received quotes from others, but Gines provided the best value compared to the rest. He was even able to expedite our start date due to the leaks getting worse each time it rained. The workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up the debris well. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Gines provided pictures of all the work and maintained communication throughout the process. I'll be keeping him in mind for future projects. Pictures of the roofing process, chimney cap / step flashing, etc. attached. Note that it wasn't rained yet so don't know if the leaks have officially stopped, but if there is no edit on this post you can assume everything is good.

I hired Jeremy, the owner of TLC, to remove three large trees from my property. Jeremy showed up on…read moretime for the estimate and seemed well-spoken and knowledgeable. Although TLC wasn't the cheapest estimate, I decided to go with them anyway. It was stated in the contract that I would keep all the wood, and the crew would cut it into 16"-20" pieces and stack it. On the day of the removal, the crew showed up two hours late with no phone call or text. I was nervous that they weren't going to show up, so I called Jeremy to touch base. The crew finally arrived, and I went to my neighbor's place just down the street. A few hours later, I saw two trucks leaving my lot loaded with two large tree trunks worth hundreds of dollars in hardwood. I confronted Tom, the site foreman, and he said, "I didn't think you would mind." and said he would "knock a few bucks off the price". I called Jeremy, and he apologized for his crew stealing the wood. He said this has never happed before. While we did come to a discounted price, in retrospect, I should have filed a police report. If you hire TLC, keep a very close eye on their crew. They are obviously not trustworthy. If they were willing to steal from me, it's possible that they have done the same to other customers as well.
