They will rip you OFF!!! Stay away!!!! I went in for my free inspection sticker ($21). They wanted to charge me $142.82 because they said there was a bulb burnt out and my wiper blades were tone about a 1/4 of an inch on the ends. My wipers worked perfectly fine!! They also said they needed to replace them with original Honda wiper blades that are a bit pricy - that charge would be $70!!!! Take notice of the charge on my slip - $43.67. Hmmm. Why did they say $70???? I did complain and they lowered the bill to $71.41. Check out my bill. I will not be purchasing my next car here! Post this everywhere you can. This is our only voice!!!!!!

Bottom line is that I had an excellent experience culminating with the lease of a new electric…read moreMINI. The sales manager, Joe, promptly arranged for me to take a test drive on the first day that I visited. We then discussed leasing vs. purchasing and promotions being offered by MINI. Joe also suggested that I obtain quotes from Carvana and Car Max on the value of my vehicle that I would be selling or trading in. With this information in mind, I returned a couple days later after having narrowed down my choices of available stock at a handful of dealers in the region. Joe immediately sent a request to the other dealer to inquire about transferring the MINI I was interested in. Keeler also agreed as a trade-in to match the highest sale offer that I had received for my current car. One day later I contacted Joe on his day off and said I had changed my mind on my choice of vehicles available in the region. It was fortuitous. When Joe returned to work he told me that my earlier choice had already been spoken for. He contacted the dealer of my new choice and arranged to have that car transferred to the Keeler inventory. When that MINI arrived at Keeler's I was contacted by sales advisor Araj to set up a delivery date. Now, just ten days later, I was completing the paperwork and taking delivery of my new electric MINI. There were no surprises, everything was as previously agreed to and discussed. Araj walked me through the introduction to the features of the MINI and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the entire process and my new MINI as I drove away.

The cars are just gorgeous. The updated technology is fascinating. I purchased my new Mini before tariffs became an issue. The staff was very patient about letting me test drive the vehicles. They fielded all of my questions and there were many. I traded in my old car even though I knew I could do probably do better selling it privately, but selling to strangers can come with their own cautionary tales. I felt more confident with Mini and I think they gave me a reasonable rate. The buying process actually took two days. That was longer than I expected. When you realize that the Mini showroom is short on parking space and much of the Mini inventory is parked elsewhere on the Keeler property ( BMW, Honda, Mercedes) it becomes necessary to bring a load of patience. The salespeople did their best to quickly shuttle an array of cars over to me. Then, I needed to narrow it down. I did buy a car and I'm philosophical about my experience. My previous car was a Subaru Impreza. I made the Impreza purchase in under two hours and I was never fully satisfied with the car. This time, while it took two days, the staff at Keeler really worked with me and I drove away in a car that I really love.

Let's back up... The week before my purchase, I was involved in a horrific car accident (not my fault) that totaled my previous Crosstrek. The entire situation has been overwhelming, and the thought of going through the process of a new car purchase was not my idea of a good time. Who really wants to go through this when you weren't planning on it. Ya know? However, from the moment I walked into Goldstein Subaru, the team's patience and professionalism made such a difference. After 3 test drives and a trillion questions I purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek sport. My new Subaru, Oscar, is now a fresh start and a new chapter and I have this team at Goldstein Subaru to thank for it. I will continue to be a loyal Subaru customer, and I will recommend Goldstein Subaru to everyone I know. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

He brought it to a mechanic to take a look at my suggestion and he was told the oil was dirty, smelly and over full. Understanding that you have to be really careful not to overfill an engine. It can cause major problems, especially in a car that has a certain transmission that Subaru thought would be a good idea to put in a car. He brought it back to Goldstein, who did an oil change, but said the oil was clean and it was only a little bit over full. I proceeded to call Stephanie Goldstein twice I got her secretary Sandy. Who then told me the service manager would call me I got the assistant Harris. Who proceeded to tell me the same thing my son told me it wasn't dirty. It was only a little overfill yada yada yada he also told me he offered my son to pro bono. Take a look at why the lights were on check the transmission yada yada yada. He said my son refused.. when I texted my son to bring his Subaru back to Goldstein. He said I don't have it. He said he had a new one from Subaru in Troy. He tried to talk to the sales team, Zachary or Zachariah about getting a new Subaru from them. They weren't helpful but the Troy Subaru dealership was. I firmly believe that Goldstein Subaru was responsible for whatever happened to my son's 2017 Subaru.. They the book just like they said that Stephanie Goldstein would call me but her assistant did. They said that the manager of the service station would call and then his assistant did and my son was trying to think that they were decent service station decent sales place giving them the opportunity to get a brand new car from them and even they drop the ball . I have such a bad taste in my mouth. My son had just paid off that car and was hoping to get a few years out of it without a car payment and Goldstein Subaru will they are not worth going to. They pass the book they lied to me and made my son look like the bad guy. Car dealers are like bad lawyers can't be trusted. I would not bring my car there I would not get a car from them. They cannot even be bothered to return a phone call and that's the GM.!! that's a Goldstein I could add more... but I think everyone should get the gist of it!! BTW: No you lied that you offered to help my son... And the issue WAS RELATED TO THE OIL CHANGE ... and whatever else your tech didn't do correctly!! Seriously u were all negligent!! Don't try to make excuses or pass it off like you were helpful!!

The sales rep disappeared for a weirdly prolinged amount of time, so I went to the bathroom as a test. Sure enough, he immediately reappeared while I was away to start a rapport with my wife who was not buying the vehicle. We get to the test drive, he still doesn't say this is a different vehicle. I had to specifically ask him and he tried to dodge the question. Afterwards I asked about finding the vehicle I wanted instead of the one I drove. They can source a couple options for me, but they couldn't tell me how much they cost without first knowing how much money I have. We said we'll consider our options and get back to him. The sales rep immediately runs to get his manager. The manager, who immediately tried his pitch to my wife ignoring me, is very concerned that there was a miscommunication, and I said if you can't tell le how much a car costs I can't agree to buy it, and for some reason the vehicle doesn't seem to have a price until after you know how much money I have. He said that's incorrect, they can absolutely look up the cost of the vehicle, but they just need to know whether or not I can afford it first. I already decided I'm not buying, but for the helluvit I told him what I can finance through USAA and how much money I can put down. Magically, the car cost only 1800 above my range, but only if I finance through Ford's bank, because they're giving me a $4K discount to finance through them. Is is 0% interest for all five years of the loan. Also, I can't see the terms of the loan in writing until it's time to sign the paperwork.
