Came in for fish & chips Friday...only to be informed that, despite being the only people there, they had "run out" of fish & chips... the food we did order took an age and was mediocre at best, and I am being incredibly generous here. Overcooked burgers on a dry bun and fries that tasted like they'd been thrown in the fryer last Tuesday. Place was empty and just...off. Big trashcan full of NYE decorations and crap just sitting to the side by the ATM. Good pour of Guinness so I can't fault them there. Just kind of weird vibe like they can't decide if they're a restaurant or a bar. Waitress was lovely, and it is absolutely not her fault... but will definitely not be coming back. read more

Have lived in the area for ages and only went here for the first time this evening. I heard about the pizza deal on Halloween and wanted to check it out. The pizza delivers! Very few places in the Bronx/Westchester area offer the bar pie and this take is spot on. The pie is thin crust, fresh and well balanced with the right amount of sauce and cheese. Two pies (plus soda) for $25 is a hard deal to beat! The wings and Guinness were a nice compliment to the pizza! Give it a try, you won't be dissapointed. read more

I just moved into the neighborhood and got excited when I saw they made a thin crust pizza, I honestly wasn't expecting much from a bar pizza though. Had an awesome time here for St Patricks Day. Live music was bumping, everyone was dancing, and it felt like a real neighborhoody place. Not much else to say. They have reasonable beer taps it seems, but as I was a couple drinks in, I did the UK thing -- switch to Strongbow cider on ice for a few rounds. Can't say anything about the food. Came only for the party. But if I'm back in this Irish neighborhood I would be curious to give it a shot. And yeah, with my limited sample size, I would say it's the best spot for live music on the Katonah Ave strip. read more

We had a great time for my mom's 40th Birthday Bash. Our bartender/server/party assistant, Billie, went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. From assistance with decorations, drink orders, food, etc. she made the night worry-free and fun for all. The food we had was a smorgasbord of cuisine. Lasagna, chicken parm, shepherd's pie and roasted potatoes. The food was hot, fresh, flavorful and delicious! The drinks were well-blended and not terribly pricey. Very nice place, our waitress was super friendly with cute Irish accent. The menu does not have many Irish items but we could find two (Shepherd's pie and Irish breakfast) that tasted very good. We were there on Sunday late afternoon and we enjoyed lovely Irish live music. Very nice experience, would definitely come back if in area! read more
