The driver, a big and courteous man, handled our broken down car with ease. He loaded the car up onto his flatbed with ease, and had it coming down off the back of the truck by the time we arrived in at the autoshop before we even arrived in a separate car. This was the second tow in three days, and the cheaper of the two by $20. They were fast and knew exactly what to do. There isn't a whole lot more you can ask from a towing service.

I was pleasantly surprised because the car was vacuumed and washed, and clean and looked wonderful. What a relief after what happened. I chose TK Automotive after reading strong local reviews while searching for a shop that could fix…read morea pretty severe paint scratch and a previous repair that had gone wrong. I'm in Fair Oaks and first called the Folsom location. Thomas was upfront and let me know they weren't taking walk-in clients there because the shop was full with a lot of insurance work. Honestly, I took that as a good sign. If insurance companies trust them with vehicles, that gave me confidence in trusting them with mine. Thomas communicated clearly and let me know I could bring the car to their West Sacramento shop instead, which I did. The whole experience was straightforward. No surprises on price, no shady business, and no runaround. Most importantly, the repair came out beautiful. This is the real world, though, and I think that matters. I originally expected to get my car back on Wednesday, but it ended up being ready on Friday. That kind of thing can happen with refinishing and repair work, and I'd much rather a shop take a little extra time and do the job right than rush it and cut corners. The quality of the work mattered more to me than the exact timeline. Overall, they did an amazing job, were easy to work with, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would absolutely recommend TK Automotive.
