We also had a large patio and firepit installed a few years ago which turned out to be more difficult than planned due to a large amount of concrete underground. This also included a redo of our front yard. The project was still finished on time and still looks wonderful. Last year we had another patio completed and our yard leveled out which gives us another place to sit and enjoy yard games. It also looks great. We found J and R Fine Landscaping to be very responsive on all of our projects including smaller short notice needed yard maintenance projects. Jim Goddard always provided great advice on what we should do and what would look great but he would always work with what we wanted. We also found his estimates and pricing to be very competitive with real value.

Jim the owner as well as his help were very personable and understood my objectives. I would not hesitate to retain Renopro for any work around my home and would highly recommend you do the same.

It's a small kitchen and should have taken no more than 2-3 weeks of work. Not including the wait for new cabinets. He worked for 4 months, draging the project out until we fired him. In all that time he removed the cabinets and drywall put up new drywall, and painted one coat. There were days he worked just a few hours. He does not have a crew, but seems to hire young kids, day laborers. One damaged our stove during the demolition. He used so many screws to put up the new drywall that the wall looked like it was riddled with a machine gun. Sometimes he would not show up for days with no explanation or a call.. He also took a week off for vacation. There are many more details of our dissatisfaction, but suffice it to say, I can not recommend him for even a small project.

We hired Senco Home Services for our roof replacement. Unfortunately, the experience has been…read moreextremely frustrating and unprofessional. Our project remains uncompleted with a mudroom without a roof, despite us having paid the full amount of $13,000 for the project. What is most unacceptable is the complete breakdown of communication. Over the past few months, we have placed numerous calls and sent multiple emails; however, they have become entirely unresponsive, only occasionally replying to give us false completion dates. We were promised a timely and professional service, and instead, we are left with an unfinished job and a vendor who has essentially abandoned the project. This lack of accountability and disregard for a paying client is alarming. I cannot recommend Senco Home Services to anyone who values clear communication and project completion. Avoid the stress and look elsewhere.

On May 27, 2023, I notified them that I had filed a Fraud Claim with my Bank to recoup the deposit, and that got their attention and they scheduled the installation for early July. There was minor damage done to an attic fan and a gutter issue they were supposed to fix during the installation. In October 2023 there was a (new) significant leak that caused over $1,000 in interior damage. They finally sent someone to fix the roofing issue but never sent the electrician to fix the fan. In February 2024, Chris showed up and explained what else he was going to do to fix the leak issue including re-routing a gutter and making a downspout larger. Between July 5, 2023 and May 15, 2024, I sent dozens of emails and texts and made multiple phone calls to three people at SENCO. In May 2024 I threatened to file claims here, with the Better Business Bureau, and the Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce. Within days they called me to say they would be by within the week to make things right. I haven't heard from them since. If you hire SENCO, expect to pay out of pocket for any damages.

They respond to inquiries within 10 minutes if not less. I've even had them get back to me on Federal holidays when I wasn't expecting a response until later that week. We use them for mulch every season, for multiple lawn cleanings at the home we used to live at on Prospect St Andover, leaf removal every season, and large landscaping projects at our prior and current residences. They always do a great job and work start to finish without delays. I honestly don't even get prices from anyone else at this point. Tim will ask me what I want and what my budget is and then tells me what he can accomplish in that price range. It always looks better than what I imagined. Can't recommend them enough!
