What I appreciated most is how knowledgeable they were. They took the time to actually explain what was going on with the AC instead of just throwing terms at me. First he asked me politely then he starts threatening me and my wife by explaining what do we do for living and he will start calling my friends, family and workplace where we work. Not sure what he wants to do by stalking our information and being intrusive to our life. He insists to come back to my house which I refuse to give him permission. He threatens my wife by telling her that he used to be a bad guy, and I don't understand why he starts getting violent and seek revenge against my family. So I decided to file restraining order with Los Angeles County Court to protect my family against his violent nature and behavior, per our lawyers advise.
