I really like their family membership program and signed up for that, so I plan to continue doing business with them because this was a great experience. I definitely recommend giving them a shot for any of your HVAC needs!

Really appreciated Joseph who communicated with me (I live on the east coast) by phone, text and video. Given the urgency I didn't do any price shopping but when I searched the internet after I found that their pricing was really competitive. But most of all I cared about their service. Highly recommend Wintri! Our AC had stopped working because the condensate drain line was clogged,…read moreand Jay had come out and quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared the blockage, and got everything working again VERY quickly. He also installed a new cleanout/access valve on the condensate line, which should make future maintenance much easier. What impressed me most was that he went the extra mile and checked the entire drainage setup. He noticed dark buildup inside the small tubing near our sink, removed and thoroughly cleaned it, and then reconnected the tubing much more efficiently. The previous setup had excess tubing that was bending/kinking, which may have contributed to the drainage problem. Jay took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than just getting in and out. Great experience with Wintri from start to finish. Highly recommend, and a big shoutout to Jay!

Jay came out first thing this morning and I happened to be his first appointment of the day. From…read morethe minute he got here, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took his time explaining what was going on with my AC. He replaced my filters, walked me through what caused the problem, and gave me some helpful advice (and a little lecture ) about maintenance and things I can do differently to help my system last longer. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained that he can get my AC fixed and running today, but because of the age and condition of the system, it would probably make more sense financially to start thinking about replacing it rather than continuing to put money into repairs. With three kids at home and this heat, getting our AC back up and running today was definitely important! Jay was kind, patient, never pushy, and made sure I understood all of my options. It's really nice dealing with someone who isn't just trying to sell you something. Great experience all around. Thank you, Jay!

Today (a mere 36 hours later) I have air conditioning again. I can't speak to the value monetarily, but I can speak to the fact that they were on time, super polite, hard working, and my cats right now are belly up on the floor purring that it's no longer 91F inside my place. Going by that metric it was a superb value. Would use them again!
