Setup an inspection date and met Chris Dollmann(Certified Master Inspector). Chris is personable, extremely knowledgeable and fully explained every issue which needed immediate attention, or anything that should be corrected, but not critical. Have purchased three homes during my lifetime(this being my last) and can say Chris is by far the most comprehensive inspector I have dealt with. All items documented and sent via PDF (with pictures). Due to Chris's thoroughness, estimates totaled $8,000 (mainly roof and electrical) of which I forwarded a copy to the seller resulting in $4000 being paid via seller at closing.
