Sellers and Buyers beware that their reports are inaccurate and may show information on homes that are not the subject property. Nate's so personable and honest, it's a refreshing change of pace. They are also very thorough and cover top to bottom. This inspection ran us a bit more than one in the past, but that's because we added chimney and sewer specialists to it, so all in all it worked out to be about average in cost.
