I just had the absolute worst bean and cheese burrito I have ever had at KB's I don't eat meat, so I was looking for an alternative and asked for a bean and cheese burrito w some cabbage, green chili's and pico. The gal at the cash register was rude. The food was terrible about an ounce of retried beans. Cheese wasn't even melted Enough cabbage for a large salad and about 6oz chopped green chili's. Stopped for some food on the way back home. Wanted something healthy and wasn't really feeling Mexican food but it was all we could find that was open Sunday afternoon. Well, super happy we stopped by the salad I got was delicious, lots of veggies and the cilantro dressing was very fresh tasting. Will definitely be back. read more

KB's is a great spot to stop in McCall for some fresh Mexican food. Staff is friendly and the food is delicious. You can't go wrong with any of their lunch burritos or bowls. Wife has steak burrito, five star relative to typical franchise style burrito place. Steak was tasty and tortilla was nice. I had a three star chili verde special. Pork and sauce was good. $12 burrito had maybe 2oz of meat. Almost no beans. 70% rice, but the kicker is the rice was only half cooked. Uncooked rice is unforgivable, as it is any easy check and ruins a meal. Two burritos and a Modelo for $30 resort town is fine, but not a value. They offer outdoor seating during COVID so 5 stars there. read more

KBs is edible but just average. Plus this place is expensive. I was highly disappointed with the size of the salad I ordered with steak for $10. I was also disappointed in the low quality of the steak. In addition, I tried the tofu burrito and it was well below average. read more

When we come home to McCall we love stopping here at least once during our trip back home. Where do I start..the chips and salsa are awesome, the breakfast burritos are awesome, Ketchum burrito is amazing, and great kids meals which our kids have to share since portions are large for little kids. My favorite dish is the HG salad w grilled chicken and cilantro lime dressing (large portion and very filling for a dinner entree salad). Love their selection of fruity bottled lemonade and beers too. Love you can add or take out items to customize your dish. Glad to see McCall landed another eatery. read more

A big bowl of yummy. Fresh ingredients and healthy! My choice of black or refried beans. The atmosphere is funky and fun music playing.

Expensive, tastes precooked, nothing fancy just ok Mexican food with fast service. Honestly I'd rather eat at most other places in town.

Though I'd give it a try. These guys are all quantity and no quality. The burrito was huge, but mostly full of rice and beans. What little meat there was had a lot of gristle and stuff that they eat in Mexico, but that we consider garbage in the United States. All that for $9? No thanks, I won't be back. read more

We were driving through McCall and saw KB. We're vegan and figured we could at least get a bean and rice burrito. It was so great to find out they had a great selection for vegetarians and vegans. About 15 yrs ago KBs in Ketcham was among my favorite places to eat in ID. Then it closed and moved and closed again (I think). Then they opened in Boise at a couple locations, and we're not quite as good and ended up closing. Now as far as I know they are in McCall, Twin, Ketcham and Haily.
