I've been coming to Sun Valley a few times a year since I met my husband 20 years ago and our tradition is to stop here for lunch after we land in Hailey. We always have hungry kids in tow and it's just a few minutes from the airport...and fast and tasty. They also have another location in Ketchum that we frequent. The past few visits I"ve been less than impressed with the food. I typically get a burrito bowl and found it to be so bland (even after adding salsa and guac). I ended up eating a bit of it and indulging on chips from their chip bar instead. The rest of my gang also said it's just not quite what it used to be and my husbands breakfast burrito took forever to come out as well. You still can't beat the convenience, but I'm now on the hunt for a better lunch option near the Hailey airport for our future trips to town! read more

Food was delicious and they give you plenty of food. Service was fast, accurate, and on time. Didn't have to wait long. Plenty of space for large party but the bathrooms are small. read more

Service was fine but the food was freaking terrible. I don't know how this place has good reviews but it was also one of the only options open on a Sunday afternoon. I got the enchiladas and everything on the plate was RAW. The top was lightly melted which made me believe when it was set in front of me that it was actually cooked. But the cheese inside was all raw and not melted, the tortillas were cold and uncooked - I mean seriously wtf GROSS. Who eats "enchiladas" like that?! They were pretty much inedible. And you can't get things corrected because the people serving don't speak English and so they were just confused and I figured it wasn't worth the hassle. Appetite lost. My husband enjoyed his taco salad since it was supposed to be cold but even my kid's burrito wasn't melted cheese inside or warmed up at all. They just toss cheese and steak in a cold tortilla and hand it over. I could do that, people. This was terrible. Never ever ever again. Also their chips are salted and taste from a bag from the grocery store. So unimpressed. Go anywhere else. If nothing else is open just go home. read more

Due to my local customer's request, I have eaten at KB's at least 5 times over the last 2 years and due to it's ratings, always hope it would improve each visit and didn't want to write a negative review. This visit, the steak burrito should be called a rice burrito as the meat was scarce and chewy. Past visits proved to be the same, filler instead of meat makes for poor value on an average meal. The coke machine and salsa bar is definitely an asset but does not make up for a bad burrito! read more

My brother said "if I lived here in Hailey this is the place I come back to." The food was very good. My brother had vegetarian, my nephew had a burrito to die for and I had spicy shrimp enchiladas. Service was good. Food was quick and reasonably priced. No complaints at all - only compliments. read more

Almost perfect meal here. I was craving a salad and KB's bowl did the job. The food was fresh and a generous portion for the price. It came out in like five minutes too and the guy who took my order was very nice. The bummer was the endless chips and salsa. Should have peaked at the chips, which we're unequivocally store bought, before paying $6.75 for them. I guess that's a weakness of mine: needing chips with my Mexican food. Mango salsa was out of this world good though, juicy with fresh cilantro. Definitely come here if you're looking for a more Cali-fresh Mexican meal. read more

Have been going here for years. Finally stopped about a year ago because the food is nearly impossible to eat. Decided to try again tonight. Ordered a head of time. They forgot to make our burritos. No worries, I grab a couple sauces and wait. Less than 5 minutes later and they are ready. I was impressed. I should have unwrapped them before I gave praise. Pretty decent Mexican food for Idaho. Coming from CA, this isn't too bad. It isn't amazing but definitely edible. Ingredients seemed fresh. I got the KB steak burrito and it was decent, just a lot of flour tortilla that could have been avoided if they stuffed the burrito more. read more

Good vibes, needs a good scrub down cleaning. We had the tofu taco and veggie taco. After I removed the blubbery tofu, that taco was the best. The veggie taco had some sort of thick gravy that I dared not ask what it was in it. The salad with cilantro lime dressing was wonderful and we should have stayed with that. Terrible service. There were 5 people total in the restaurant, and I waited an hour for my food/my name to be called out. I was sitting 1 yard from the people that call out the orders. I made eye contact with them multiple times, and they never called out my order. I had to walk up, and the same person that made eye contact with me said "oh here's your food" slapped it, then walked away. When I opened the package, it was like a bomb went off. I didn't add anything extra, and my burrito was more of a taco salad with aluminum foil as the bowl. Horrible. read more

We got burritos here before skiing every day of our stay in Hailey. The salmon and mahi mahi fish burritos were a huge hit and my gluten-free family members said it was the best gluten-free tortilla they had ever tasted. I give this 5 stars because at $25 for two people including a beer your expectations would be justifiably low....however the food here is exceptional. My fish tacos were amazing, the fish tender and juicy. Karens quesadillas were a lesson in simplicity and less is more with just chicken, cheese, corn and cilantro on board they were bursting with freshness. Had the chips salsa and guacamole to start and this was all home made freshness. I have paid a lot more for a lot worse food than this place. read more

A good place to get affordable gringican in Hailey. I like to go here before catching a movie in Hailey or going to the Albertsons. I recommend the ketchum burrito. You get a pretty good sized burrito for around 6.50. They also have good fish tacos. read more

If you ever find yourself in Hailey, Idaho... The fish tacos are really good. I regret only getting one. The grilled fish itself was almost bigger than the soft taco shell itself. The creamy salsa that trickled down the side of the red cabbages was excellently paired. The chicken burritos are also very good and go down well with the bottled salsa in the salsa bar. I wanted to support our local restaurants during Covid so ordered one of my favourite burritos to go. When I entered the premises I noted with some hesitation that neither of the girls taking my money were wearing masks. As a result I am uncomfortable returning to KB's. I may give them one more try but if their employees lack of concern for my health continues I will find another restaurant to support. read more

(they eat in front of there customers Where they prepare my food) I give it 3stars because they have a drink called, "Sake Wine." Amazing food (every dish I've had) and service with a smile. Been here multiple times (as well as the Twin Falls location) and they always deliver a great meal. The fun atmosphere makes a visit that much better (and they play world sports, too!). Will continue to return! read more

This is an eclectic, funky and fun place. The food is yummy. I recommend the Kitchen Sink for any self-respecting vegetarian.
