She was sweet, knoweledgeable, easy to be comfortable around, great massuese, really helped on problem areas on my back and Piriformis. She was great at transitioning between experiences and rooms. The mirror room has all the essentials - body lotion, hair spray, hair dryer though very outdated and could be a newer model. The hot tub was kept at a good temperature and has working jet streams. The steam room pumps steam in frequently. The sauna was hot and wonderful. My massage service was very good. My masseuse Kevin did a wonderful job with the deep tissue massage.

After a scan and setting your preferences, your massage begins. During the massage, you're able to change the music, skip a certain area, and add or decrease the pressure. It's convenient having the customizations at your fingertips and the pressure is accurate. I had a quick 30-min massage and overall it was a good experience. 4 out 5 for the massage. The spa portion wasn't the best, as it was a cold rainy day so the pool wasn't an option. I also mentioned several times it was my first time at the spa and wasn't given a tour or told about the amenities. I chose to use the fitness center but wasn't told about any lockers or anywhere I could leave my belongings. Storing my umbrella and coat would've been convenient. I don't think I'd be back as you can't make a full day out of it unless it's pool weather or you enjoy a hot tub. 3 out of 5

We arrived about 10 minutes early, so we were seated in the lovely waiting area, served mango tea, and we selected our aroma for the aromatherapy add-on portion of our package. By the way, our appointment was at their opening time, 10:00 AM, so they were well within their right to keep the door locked with the "Closed" sign on, but instead they were ready to go with smiles on their faces as soon as we walked in. Then, we were brought to our treatment room by our therapists, Claire and Nicky, and the room was quiet, beautiful, and clean. The therapy itself was heavenly. We were both so relaxed that we nearly fell asleep during our treatments. Claire and Nicky are amazing! Once we were finished, the ladies at the front desk, Amy and Aubrey, were so helpful and professional. They even gave my stepdaughter a cute little elephant keychain for her birthday. The front desk lady explained the different massages and offerings. I opted for a regular deep tissue for 60 minutes with extra emphasis on my back. Lisa was assigned to me and was quiet but very nice. She led me to the massage room and worked my back like a heavyweight. I really needed that. I don't know if I can handle a 90 minute massage because I just wanted to go to sleep after the 60 minutes. I was very pleased with my experience and I have no hesitation going back for another service.

I went to this salon on a Tuesday and paid $200 for a full highlight. I clearly asked for brighter,…read moresummer blonde tones and specifically said I did not want any dark color. My hair was already sun-blonde--I just wanted it lighter with cool, bright tones. The result was the opposite. My hair was taken down to a dark brown with no blonde tones at all. I contacted the salon and was offered a redo with a senior stylist the following Tuesday. I later requested a refund instead, since my hair now needed major correction, but was told the redo would be free. At my appointment, the senior stylist did her part by fixing the color. However, at the end--after multiple bowls of product and no prior pricing discussion--the manager informed me I owed an additional $300. This directly contradicted what I was told earlier about the service being free. Instead of honoring the original $200 or making the correction right, I ended up paying for the initial mistake plus more on top. There was no upfront communication about added costs, which is unacceptable. The senior stylist was professional and did manage to make it back to the original color, but the management and billing practices were misleading and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

We discussed my skin history and what I was hoping to accomplish, and she put together a radiance regimen that included dermaplaning with citrus peel. She packed a lot of action in the 50 minutes and gave me some recommendations for specific toners and moisturizers that would work best for my issues. I noticed an immediate improvement in the texture of my skin, and am looking forward to product effectiveness and cell regeneration. The setting is relaxing and working with Ana was like catching up with a friend- definitely recommend her if you are in need of a facial.
