I'm new in the area so searching for a good place to get my nails done is difficult, and San…read moreAntonio had many places to choose from. I picked this place because it had a good rating on Yelp, and it was close to home. It's also close to the laundry mat and butcher shop we go to as well. I went in just to see how long the wait was, and they immediately took me which is a plus! It's not often places do that. If they had said their was a long wait, I would have just tried another time. One of the things I really loved was that they took their time doing my nails so that it looks clean, natural, and nice. I've had a few done where they rushed, and ended up hurting me in the process besides making my nails look bulky and uneven. The end results were amazing! They had also removed all the dead skin for my hands. I work as a phlebotomist so I wash often which dries out my hands a lot so I'm super happy they feel soft again. I definitely will be back, and maybe bring my sister with me.

I go back & I'm told to COME BACK TOMORROW!! WTF?? The guy that did my nails knew his worked sucked because when I came in he immediately started looking & talking to the girl that started doing my nails. I had to pay more money to go to a different salon & have his crap worked fixed ! Not only have they lost my business but so much potential business is gone as well. The industry I'm that I am upper management requires us to have our nails done, so you lost alot of females that would of came in. What did it was telling me to COME BACK ! A little customer service goes a long way.

During my service the lady seemed to made a comment to her coworker about me being indecisive whether I wanted a manicure or not. Which I ended up saying no due to her behavior. I had one mimosa while having the service.. while I was waiting for my friend I asked for another (thinking I was paying for them anyway), they seemed to have ignored me. After a long time passing by, I asked to purchase another. Lady acknowledged me, telling her team member to get me one, which they ultimately ignored me again. They could've just told me that we were limit 1 or something instead of having me wait & hope for another.

This place is always misleading customers about their prices. They should clearly post their…read morepricing instead of changing it during the service. I asked for almond-shaped acrylic nails with a French tip and, before we started, I specifically asked how much it would cost. The technician told me the French tip would be an additional $20. However, when she was finishing my nails, she tried to charge me more, claiming that because the French tip was on almond-shaped nails, it cost extra. That didn't make sense because I had already told her I wanted almond-shaped acrylic nails and asked for the total price beforehand. She then tried to say that a French tip with a straight line on my almond nails would have been $20, but because my nails were almond-shaped, it was more. That was never explained before the service started. If there are extra charges, customers should be told upfront instead of being surprised at checkout. Actually a list with the prices and the add on costs should be implemented.

I then switched techs so he could fix my nails and he really did the best he could. He went and attempted to reshape my nails and get them as straight as possible. He and Annie really did their best to make me feel better. Looking at my nails right now, I can see bumps on the acrylic, there's spots on the nail where the color isn't fully covering.. I don't think I'll be returning here.
