This is…read morean encounter I had with your moving crew which was frightening and completely unprofessional. I would NEVER hire you for anything! So last night I had a really scary moment.  Came home and someone is moving in to my building.  These movers have stuff everywhere, blocking other residents cars and apparently they feel they own the elevator.  I parked and as I walked up to the elevator (which is tiny.  Holds maybe 2-3 people comfortably.) I asked the guy if he could please wait.  He ignored me and tried to push his way on.  I again said Would you please wait, I am not comfortable with this, please wait.  He is a big dude!  He starts yelling at me.  How other residents were fine with it.  I said, I am not comfortable with him me and a dolly full of boxes.   I was on first.   So he blocks the door from closing,  and is yelling at me.  I was totally freaked out. I told him as a resident I had a right to ask him to wait. He started to try to push in again. So I put my foot on the dolly and gave it a hard push as I punched the door close button.  As the door closed and the elevator moved, he is still screaming at me.  His intimidation was totally unnecessary!

Most of my belongings were still in boxes, as I was moving with him. I had a clear Rubbermaid box with electronics (Nintendo Switch still in its box, brand new games, etc.). They labeled the box as Living Room items. Different companies were responsible for the transport and storage/moving once it arrived to the destination. When the items were delivered, we realized a lot of bags/boxes were mislabeled. This becomes important, because my Rubbermaid box showed up; however, most of its contents did not. Now, I'm not sure which company my boyfriend filed a claim with, but they denied our claim as there was no proof my electronics were in that box, because it was labeled "Living Room items". While several companies are involved, and I cannot tell who did it, I will be filing a report with the local authorities who will be able to track at least one of my electronics via its serial number. Hopefully that will also tell me who stole my belongings and subsequently who they work for. However, due to the inaccuracies of labeling, I am unable to be reimbursed for hundreds of dollars worth of belongings, so I do not recommend them.
