Neither said hi nor acknowledged me. The both were towards the back of the store behind the counter and just stared at me. Finally the woman just walked into the back and seemed to have an attitude with me even being there. Mind you, it's a good half an hour before they close, not like I was coming in as they were locking the doors. I just needed them to scan something and drop it off. I really can't believe even a greeting is like pulling teeth these days. Can't handle the rudeness.

He was patient, kind, and truly wanted to make things right. At one point, staples even stopped selling certain items (that was lost). Michael helped me with better materials to ensure the quality was right. On top of that, when one of the laminators ended up jamming, Michael didn't disregard it--he followed up and helped me days later to make sure everything was resolved. That level of care and follow-through is rare. He tested the second laminator to ensure there's no more issues. Because of Michael, I'll continue choosing Staples. As with all UPS stores, they sell packing materials if you need them, have copy and fax services, and post office boxes. (I'm sure I'm missing something.) Prices have gone up over the years. I expected my package to be about $5 to ship UPS Ground (it was very small) and it was $15. But, if I sent it FedEx it would have been more expensive. In sum, this is a great UPS store with excellent service.

They did the high resolution scans and provided me with PDF's that I used in photoshop to clean up wrinkles, water marks, etc. and then returned these files for printing on 40# stock. Each was over 100 pages and would have eaten up the toner in our office printers and taken a lot of time to put together. You can create your presentation then upload it to their website. They have a very simple to use a wizard to put it together the way you want - color or B&W, 3-hole punched, binding options, etc. Then you pay online, select the time to pick the finished materials up, and you're off to the races. I submitted around 11 PM one evening and said I'd be by at 7 AM the next day. Everything was done perfectly, on time.
