When I went for my exam, I found everyone to be helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Grofik was happy to answer every question I asked, made the process comfortable and stress free, and showed extreme proficiency in his work. I have had eye exams before, but I have never left an appointment so confident that my new prescription is exactly right. Also, when I asked about expensive lens technology, Dr. Grofik explained when it is useful and when it does not make a difference. It was clear that he was not interested in upselling and genuinely wants me to get the right glasses for me. Great Experience, I Highly Recommend!!!

I think that Dr. LaFleur was the nicest person I've ever met. Honestly. She put me at ease right away and was so kind and understanding, particularly given that I was a bit nervous. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The surgery went extraordinarily well and it is as though the condition was never there to begin with. I was also concerned about the possibility of scarring at the incision site but I am so pleased to say that there's no evidence of scarring whatsoever. On another note, her assistants in the Office were also nice, friendly and polite. They were very professional and obviously everyone had a great deal of experience. The whole situation was as excellent as it possibly could be. If somebody else needs this kind of medical service and they live anywhere in the Melbourne, Suntree, or Rockledge area, take it from me, there's no need to travel all the way to Bascom Palmer or to mayo clinic. We're fortunate to have the best eyelid surgeon anywhere right here in Melbourne. Her name is Dr. Patricia LaFleur and she is a surgeon at the eye Institute for medicine and surgery.
