They can get busy and our order got stuck right behind a large togo order, so the manager gave us a few orders of dough balls on the house while we waited. Those dough balls were delicious, brushed with garlic butter. We waited for a while for the pie and the 6 of us devoured it in short order. Good stuff! No draft beers, but bottles/cans, wine, and they have spirits to mix.

The good thing with the Kelstar is that the always see the potential when they get somewhere that has a bit more space, and do pizzas, baguettes, etc Aside from the fact that I'm suspicious of places that charge you for relish, it's a nice spot with decent service in a relaxed atmosphere.

I'm giving them 2 stars only, one for amiable service and one for nice restaurant decor. Sadly, the food was bland and quite awful. The pizzas weren't even average, they were actually very poor. I visited with two friends and we shared starters of mushroom garlic bread supreme and dragons tongue supreme which were greasy, oily, doughy and bland. None of us were impressed. I followed with a main of Rosemary Roast pizza which is basically margherita topped with peppers, red onion, rosemary, roast tomatoes and feta cheese. I found the base too thick and doughy and toppings soggy and tasteless. I added pepper, Parmesan and salt. I've never before added salt to a pizza in my life! Unfortunately it didn't help. I added them all again and it still didn't help! I thought it was just my choice of pizza or my taste buds but my friends who ordered the Tex Mex and San Velentino pizzas were equally disappointed. They both thought the food flavourless. Even dips of garlic mayo and sweet chilli sauce didn't liven things up. All three of us agreed we would never return to Green's. In addition vegetarian options are not marked on Green's restaurant menu which is very poor practice. You can clearly see vegetarian options on their website menu, indicated by a (V), but not the actual hard-copy restaurant menu you are handed when you visit, which is strange. The Good Earth and Roast Rosemary are the two vegetarian offerings. I can't really understand all the good reviews Green's receives. My experience was disappointing and unfortunately I would not return nor would I recommend Green's to anyone.

What you have to remember, and is why I give it only four stars is that the restaurant is so small that waiting time is usually the case and it is a bit embarrassing going in to get food and having to wait before you get a seat. In a way though it shows just how good this place is that not only was the restaurant full, but I was willing to with for a table. The staff are very pleasant and the food is better than any takeaway pizzas or supermarket oven pizzas. Incidentally I didn't have pizza and didn't hear any jazz - no sign of bleeding gums anywhere! Ended up being a great place to meet. Really handy from GV Station and the City centre. Coffee was pretty good too. I went for a filter coffee and my pal opted for a fanta orange. There was even some free wifi to use. They were cooking up a storm in the kitchen and the pizza's smelt delicious, unfortunately I had to rush off to another meeting. The staff were great - let us have a table even though we weren't eating - I'll definitely have to go back to try the grub and I noticed they had beers on tap too. Great place for a pre theatre meal and a few beverages! Who knows I might get to try their offerings at the Pizza-Off!

Although little wing is fast becoming a chain franchise here it still manages to retain its charm unlike the other mass produced pizza chains you get everywhere. The prices are good and just like their city centre sister you can get a drink and a slice on the go! Always a good thing! I found the staff great and very attentive and although we didn't sample the desserts (no room) I will certainly be back to if the ones floating past us tasted as good as they looked!!

The branch is beside Greens, which used to be awesome in my books until y last visit (update coming soon!). The open plan feel of this place is great, its always good to see the chefs working in the kitchens. One slight problem I have is the noise of the place. Come earlier than 9:30pm and the place is rammed with kids all screaming the sweet, little, annoying as hell, faces off.
