Her work is consistently amazing. I love fun, creative nails and usually come in with inspiration photos. Every single time, Trinh delivers!! My nails always turn out better than I imagined. Sanitation is a big deal to me. I had a hard time finding a salon in my last neighborhood that followed proper sanitary procedures, and this place was such a relief. They clearly take sanitation seriously, and I always feel comfortable coming here. I have also had great pedicure experiences, and the barber and hair side of the salon is impressive to watch. Fast, precise, and everyone leaves looking great. Writing this review feels risky because I want to keep my appointments, but this salon deserves the love!! That said, expect to be "squeezed in," cause I had to wait about 30-40 mins after arriving to actually be seen. But, still appreciated them taking me. I came in for a gel manicure on my natural nails, but 1 finger was chipped. I asked if they could do a single extension, they recommended to use builder gel instead. At first, it looked fine, but after it cured, it was noticeably thick and not shaped very well. As a result this one fell off after a week. I also tried to point out that the shaping on my nails looked inconsistent from one finger to the next. The technician told me it was just because my finger widths are different & it's impossible to make them look the same. I understand that natural nails are harder to make uniform (compared to extensions), but I was disappointed with the lack of effort. The gel manicure itself was okay. I got a pink color with chrome powder, it lasted about two weeks. Overall, for around $50, I feel like you get what you pay for. It wasn't a terrible experience, but the attention to detail, especially with the shaping and the builder gel, was lacking. The service was friendly though, and you get a stamp card for every visit.

My nails have grown into my skin my whole life, and since I was a kid I'd cut and rip the sides of the nails to prevent pain and always had to keep my nails extremely short. The picture shows before and after 3 months (out of 6 months for the whole process) of braces Imie uses to straighten the nail. I will update after the completed 6 month cycle! My nails have NEVER been this long, I've never gone this long without pain, I've never felt this comfortable wearing sandals before. Imie can seriously fix any problem you have with your feet, she's highly professional, the salon is so clean, and Anna and Imie are now both vaccinated and take many other Covid precautions!

(See my other reviews for example) it might look like a regular nail salon, but the artistry is next level luxury. You might end up having favorites but every tech is incredibly skilled and cares about the details. The salon itself is quite simple, clean and brightly lit. My first time coming in I saw Jojo, then Hannah, then Cherry, all great work. Today I saw Lee who is also the manager and watching her work I was in awe. She was doing my builder gel mani while booking appointments, managing walk ins, checking out customers and answering calls texts, I don't know how she does it all without error but I can see why she's in charge. They are quite busy, so I recommend booking an appointment and coming during slower hours (it's never empty though!) sometimes I find myself waiting after walking in on a weekday afternoon or morning even because their customers always come back. No matter what they always find a way to get me in. They are very transparent with pricing, they will tell you how much everything is, add ons shape change etc. and it is good that they do this. This is not a cheap salon, they charge fairly for their quality of work. The employees seem happy.

Amy was my nail technician and when I asked her for a very complicated nail art for my birthday she took on the challenge and absolutely went the extra mile for me, and she has my gratitude!! She checked in with how I was liking everything at each step, helped me pick out colors from their collection, and her hands were steady and perfectly executed the patterns I wanted. I cannot thank her enough - I took more time and focus than normal and she treated me so well. Each design made me smile so much and I am so glad I came up here from Oakland. My mom loved the luxurious experience and the private room for her pedicure and said the wax is a real treat, she will be choosing it again the next time she gets a pedicure. I don't like getting fake tips anymore or gel x just because due to the way my nails bend, I always end up hitting them on something and hurting my finger, or they start to come off and become a total nuisance.
