I'm so happy I found this cute little dress shop, just for my alteration needs! I had purchased a…read morewedding dress in Kansas City and needed a place here in town to alter it. I went maybe like 4 separate times after each alteration step for them to work on something else whether it was fixing the bustle, tightening of the straps, or adding more padding, they knew just what it needed! They didn't settle for it not to be the perfect fit. The dress ended up looking and fitting absolutely perfect by the end! They did an outstanding job in altering my gown and even offered to hold on to it to keep it safe and steam it before the big day. I had the best customer service here and will definitely be back with any alteration needs.

My daughter liked a few wedding dresses here during her first appointment. We went to another…read morebridal shop and it was not a good experience. She decided to come back to Mia Grace and revisit her two favorite dresses from the first appointment. The consultant from her first appointment was Stacy and she was great! I already talked about her in my first review. She wasn't working when we went back. We worked with Alexis the second time. She was also great! The two women had completely different personalities, but they worked well with my daughter. This daughter is super chill and easy going. My other two daughters were with us as well. We all had a good time and left after ordering a dress and a veil! One of my other daughters had bought her dress here a few years ago and it was a good experience. Both times, we were able to find " the dress" and stay within budget. I highly recommend Mia Grace! They have a ton of dresses in all different price ranges and the staff are wonderful.

I sent her a box of my dresses..because there wasn't much movement and a good amount of time had passed. We spoke ,and settled on just sending the dresses back.. They send all but one back. I inquire about the missing item she mentioned it was on "hold".. more time passes. Just so happens- I have a major film buyer in town needing a dress. I tell her about Brides by Dizine and she could "buy" the one dress that has been on hold , as weeks had passed and I hadn't received payment. The film buyer drives an hour out of the way to purchase. The dress is not there. Trish tells her, it's sold! I would have never sent the buyer an hour each way out of the way. As I assumed, I would have either heard communication or received payment. It's been years! No dress , no payment just unanswered emails. I feel completely blindsided and taken advantage of. At minimum, the truth and communication would have helped tremendously. I understand small businesses can be difficult .. but totally taking advantage and not paying someone their rightful payment is the worst!!!
