And when Alex stepped into her wedding dress, there simply were no words. The dress was absolutely breathtaking. From the exquisite lace and intricate detailing to the way it fit her so beautifully, it was everything we could have imagined for her--and more. Seeing her walk down the path to Aspen Lake at Innsbrook in that dress is a moment I will never forget. But what made the experience even more special was the incredible care Alex received from the team at The Wedding Gallery. From the very beginning, they took the time to make sure every detail was just right. They understood how important this dress was, not simply as something she would wear, but as part of one of the most meaningful days of her life. And they took the time to incorporate very personal details into the dress, including lace from my wedding dress from 40 years ago. Their attention to the fit, the lace, every detail, and most importantly, to Alex herself, was beyond exceptional. She felt and looked beautiful, confident, comfortable and completely herself--and as her mother, I could not have asked for anything more. The experience from beginning to end was wonderful, but seeing it all come together on August 22 was something truly special. The dress was timeless, elegant, romantic and simply stunning. Thank you to everyone at The Wedding Gallery who helped make this part of Alex's wedding journey so memorable. We will always be grateful for the care you gave our daughter and for helping her find the dress that was so perfectly her. Five stars aren't enough to describe The Wedding Gallery!

She was nervous and upset because her wedding was in 4 weeks and her dress hadn't even arrived yet. That is scary on its own. The manager was literally yelling at the bride and we could hear everything. It was SUPER unprofessional. Our stylist even apologized... the bride said to us "do not buy here". We listened to her, obviously we do not want to go through that if we have issues too. The bride was in a crunch and literally showed up at our next appointment - she bought a different dress at the other shop. Like I mentioned - our stylist was friendly, but I don't even remember her name. We didn't connect.
