I sent her a box of my dresses..because there wasn't much movement and a good amount of time had passed. We spoke ,and settled on just sending the dresses back.. They send all but one back. I inquire about the missing item she mentioned it was on "hold".. more time passes. Just so happens- I have a major film buyer in town needing a dress. I tell her about Brides by Dizine and she could "buy" the one dress that has been on hold , as weeks had passed and I hadn't received payment. The film buyer drives an hour out of the way to purchase. The dress is not there. Trish tells her, it's sold! I would have never sent the buyer an hour each way out of the way. As I assumed, I would have either heard communication or received payment. It's been years! No dress , no payment just unanswered emails. I feel completely blindsided and taken advantage of. At minimum, the truth and communication would have helped tremendously. I understand small businesses can be difficult .. but totally taking advantage and not paying someone their rightful payment is the worst!!!

Neither day did we have one person helping us. The first day, I ask the manager who our consultant was bc the girl we were "assigned to" wasn't helping us at all. The manager stepped in and helped some until another consultant step in later. The second day, "our consultant" seemed to be helping at least 4-5 girls and we only checked on very minimally of those girls. The whole experience was overwhelming because without some guidance, you don't know where to look for dresses that have the features you want, in the size you need. Another thing was most of the dresses without bling were smalls so for a girl that even was a little bigger, you couldn't get a feel of what the dresses looked like.

Read if you're thinking of going here!…read more Rude rude lady. Came here on vacation to try and find a gown for my friend and this lady (who I later find out was part owner) was not helpful. Her tone was very rude from the beginning. During the time my friend was looking at dresses, she tells her, "don't stretch the dress out." My friend was literally just holding the dress open to see how wide it was, like any normal person. As soon as my friend finished trying on a dress and decided she didn't want it, we came to the lobby to discuss where we were about to go next, and the lady comes right behind us telling us we're about to close so y'all need to leave (not in a nice or professional manner). My friend asked, "y'all close at 5 right?" The lady responds back to us by saying we operate by appt only, y'all need to leave. So now that she is giving us straight attitude. I told her to give us a second. She repeated herself again, and tells us "goodbye" in like a leave tone of voice. So they literally kicked us out to the curb. We were standing there for 1 minute when she was trying to tell us to leave. Like you can't stand in a store for a few minutes. Mind you, there was no one else there, so we weren't tying her time up or anything. I would go somewhere else for your dresses. Plus she made it super clear, they don't do alterations. She has no idea where they do alterations. She has no idea where a mall is. So yes. Stay away from here. Horrible service. Wish I could tell your her name, but she refused to answer. As I'm writing this outside (because we were waiting on our Uber), a different lady comes out and asks me if I want a business card. I said sure. She was very confrontational. I asked her if the lady inside that kicked us out was the owner. She said they both are. So I was like well y'all have a funny of treating your customers. I told her the lady informed us that this was by appointment only a store, and that we were not aware of that. But nothing on their website says by appointment only. She said, "we prefer by appt only," so I said well that's different than kicking your customer out (after your let them look for a dress) and tell your customers that your by appt only... not preferably. I told her we're from out of town and just needed find a dress last minute so we did not know that, and that's no reason to treat your customers like that. She goes on to continue arguing with me and tell me, "well the other out of town people seem to know." You see where I'm going with this?? Like who argues with there customer and talks disrespectful to them? No business I go to. I wasn't going to stand there and argue with this rude person any longer, who was clearly not apologetic for the way her business partner treated us, so I tried waking away. She kept trying to argue as I was leaving and I told her to shut up. So she walked out of her business, propped the door, and began following me like she was going to fight me. I continued to walk away with my other friends as she was threatening me. I had to tell her I was going to call the cops, and she finally backed off. This is the worst experience I've ever had. A business owner verbally disrespectful, excusing her behavior instead of apologizing for it, and then following me out on the street to fight? If that isn't enough to steer you away from here, then good luck. You'll be in for a real... experience.

I wanted to get my mother's 1969 wedding dress made into a getting-ready-robe and veil. If any material was leftover I was hoping for bouquet wrap and a special something to gift to my mom. Wendy created a fabulous robe, beautiful veil with the lace from her dress, wrap for my flowers and a precious handkerchief for my mom by using a square of her gown and then cut-out a piece of lace and sewed it on one side. Seeing my mother hold this walking down the aisle is priceless. Our wedding took place in another city so all of my vendors were remote. I really wanted to someone local to do this (shop small!). This was such a special, positive experience so I will always be grateful to Wendy - she is just so, so talented. Her daughter, Erin, is who I dealt with at the shop and Erin was the best! A steal! The staff are very pleasant and helpful, too. They have a small assortment of ladies plus size, but no childrens or men's clothing. Consignments are accepted for clean, in season clothing on hangars only. It's easy to get to from hwy 70. Don't be put off by the slightly shabby strip center it's located in. The interior of the store is bright and clean. Budget concious fashionistas should make this shop a regular stop on their circuit.

I couldn't get it to pull back up and I came an hour early they would not accommodate me so I had to drive around for an hour which just frustrating because of how gas is pricey then when I did come back for my appointment. I was only in there for three minutes. I brought in over 40 items of clothing and two boxes and they only took about five items. It was very frustrating to say the least. I wish I would have just accommodated me if I knew it was only gonna take them three minutes to go through my clothing when I originally came in. It's also important to note the items I brought in were brand new, never worn items. This is not, including the home decor that I brought in. They do not take home decor it's only clothing. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I love it here due to the customer service However, they are not doing well with sales, and this experience was very unpleasant. It's hard to continue to want to do business with a consignment store when you're only getting seven dollars for 40 items and then when you make an appointment they only take five items in out of over 20 you bring in.
