The prices are fair. Yes, there is always a line, but it moves fast. The service is great. They are fast and just want to get you what you order and do it right. They are nice and some are bilingual. The food is the best. A wee bit of it is too hot for me, but there is a lot I can eat there and not pay for it later. Roy Choi was born in Seoul, Korea and raised in Los Angeles. Choi is known as the star of the modern food trucks. In 2020 he won a James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Host in a television series. Ya, he had a show, I don't know if he still does. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. In 2010, Food and Wine magazine named him Best New Chef. The food is amazing. Their short rib pork taco or burrito is the best. They also have spicy pork and chicken tacos. I don't care for their tofu ones, but to each their own. Their dogs and sliders are great and they have a decent selection of drinks. They are not always easy to find. We found them in Downtown LA on grand but they leave around 4 pm I think. We have not been to the Alibi room, a bar in Mar Vista and I don't know if it is inside (no truck) or the truck is there. We will find out. They can be found. Go to their website and you will find their location for the week. Have fun.

Probably 31/40 shrimp chopped, a nice spice, and grilled onion, tomato and jalapeño in the mix. A heavier corn tortilla (not street size). Comes with a slice of tomato on shredded lettuce with ranch for a small side salad. I'd get these again, for sure! I guess they also do catering and events, too. Check them out after 4pm! You can tell there's real care in the prep: the onions and cilantro were finely chopped, and the pickled onions added the perfect tangy kick. And just when I thought it couldn't get better, there's a salsa bar with six different salsas plus extra pickled onions, cilantro, and red onions to customize everything even further.
