The line was quite long but they managed to get everyone's order out relatively quick. The menu options were easy to make decisions and had a really clean space. The pina augura fresca was so delicious. They used fresh ground pineapple and it wasn't too sweet. I paired with their OC taco bowl with carnitas and al pastor as my proteins and added some Cajun fries. The bowl was a nice sized portion and decent flavor on both meats. I did wish they gave more tortilla chips on top lol. The Cajun fries were cooked perfectly. They were crispy and seasoned with the right amount of that Cajun spice. They also had a really good habanero salsa to add to my food. It was a great choice overall. I would definitely order from here again if I see their truck at an event.

I am so so so so so very happy we got food because it was honestly, the more delicious Fajitas I've ever had. It took only about 10 minutes for our food to be ready and it was perfect. The Mom's House Fajitas came with Pico De Gallo, avocado, onions, peppers, rice, tomatoes, beans and tortillas. Everything tasty great individually and even better together! If you ever get the chance to try their food, pls do. I will 100% stop by again to try more!

Well that did not happen to me when I finally got to try a Lobster roll from the famous LobstaTruck. A few years ago I was at the Tustin AMC when I saw the truck. I had heard about it so we went over only to see a line that was 40 yards deep. No way to make our movie so we put it off. A few months ago I was somewhere that they were going to be only to learn that the truck broke down and the killer was last month when I was in Irvine and saw on Twitter that they were a couple blocks away. I finished my meeting and drove right over only to see the driving away. Aaahhgggg!!!! So today was a few miles away in Long Beach and decided to try the roll. I was shocked to find that there was no line and only a few marines that had just picked up their orders. I was surprised to hear whether I wanted butter or mayo. I thought I all rolls came with mayo but I asked what was more popular. The gal mentioned that the butter was more popular so I had to try that one. I was thinking about adding the extra meat but I am glad I didn't, the roll was perfect although I wish it were a little bigger. The roll here comes on what looks like a giant buttered Texas toast, not the hoagie type roll I was imagining but the toast was really delicious and adds a lot of taste to the roll. My roll had plenty of meat and had a few big chunks that you can really bite into. It had some butter on the lobster but not so much that it was oily. Just perfect. I cant believe how good it was to taste this awesome explosion of deliciousness and I cant wait to get back to try the sandwich with mayo; you know for research. Next time I will also try the lobster bisque soup. The Marine that was eating next to me also had the soup and it really made me crave it but I had a big breakfast this morning and so I will have to chase down this truck again.

The food is the best. A wee bit of it is too hot for me, but there is a lot I can eat there and not pay for it later. Roy Choi was born in Seoul, Korea and raised in Los Angeles. Choi is known as the star of the modern food trucks. In 2020 he won a James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Host in a television series. Ya, he had a show, I don't know if he still does. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. In 2010, Food and Wine magazine named him Best New Chef. The food is amazing. Their short rib pork taco or burrito is the best. They also have spicy pork and chicken tacos. I don't care for their tofu ones, but to each their own. Their dogs and sliders are great and they have a decent selection of drinks. They are not always easy to find. We found them in Downtown LA on grand but they leave around 4 pm I think. We have not been to the Alibi room, a bar in Mar Vista and I don't know if it is inside (no truck) or the truck is there. We will find out. They can be found. Chick-N-Out was one of the most highly rated places in Anaheim California. Chick-N-Out is located on Ball Road near Disneyland. It's open daily from 5:00 P.M to 11:00 P.M. Extended hours are on Fridays and Saturdays. This pop up food truck offers a variety of chicken sandwiches, French Fries, wraps, nachos, tenders and more! Most of their combo meals cost between $18.00-$20.00 each. My husband and I both ordered a chicken sandwich combo. My Chicken sandwich only had pickles on it, but he had everything added to his sandwich! There were a few customers ahead of us, so we ended up waiting about 15 minutes for the order. After we got our meal, we decided to eat it in our car fresh instead of bringing it back to the hotel. The chicken sandwich was so delicious! It was super crunchy. I think it was deep fried with the corn flake crust. It was one of the more unique chicken sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken cutlet was relatively thin, but still scrumptious! I haven't had anything like this before! The French Fries were good. They needed a little bit more salt for me. The Cajun corn was slightly spicy. The cooks in the food truck prepare the orders from scratch. While we were waiting for the order, we saw a lot of the chicken cutlets being prepared and deep fried. I really enjoyed eating at Chick-N-Out. It's one of my new favorite places to eat at near Disneyland!

They were very generous on the meat! Flavorful and assembled to perfection by friendly cooks! All the fixings were available on the side: radish, cucumbers, lime, onions, cilantro. At $12 per burrito (poster sign says $10 so I'm assuming $2 extra for asada. No, I didn't ask. I was hungry), reasonable price and well worth it! The burritos were huge! They post their location, date and time on their Instagram. Not sure how else they take payments but we used Zelle. Well lit canopies and their set-up was along a street that has a little bit of traffic flow but not like a main street. 10/10 - I'm definitely coming back!
