You might feel like someone turned the hands of time back and you were living in pre 1965 America, when certain groups of people felt entitled to (and got away with) talking down to "other" groups of people. I found the store to be a bit disorganized and some of the aisles were too cluttered to walk through. The prices are what I expected, but the terrible customer service and lack of restroom access cut our visit and our spending short. Although I made contact with their corporate office concerning my unfortunate interpersonal experience with a specific staff member at this location, and the corporate office responded with understanding, kindness, an explanation of how they were gong to correct things, and a gift card, I will never set foot in this particular location again, ever. In fact, it will be a long time before I shop at Michaels again, if at all.

With lots of patience from the sales woman Adriana, we were able to find a ring that was an up grade plus that was my style, I don't like flashy but I wanted a bit more then I already had. The manager was more then great in helping us in any way she could with the coupons and sales. I didn't get her name but she was AMAZING with making sure we were treated right. We were able to trade in my old ring that I have had for the last 5 years and put it towards the new ring and with her help our payments didn't go any higher. There is a reason we always shop here. The employees have never been rude or made us feel less then like other places. Seasonal item areas on this visit were empty shelves on aisles as they switch to holiday items from summer outdoor items. Prices are comparable to other craft stores, not always the cheapest. Since all items are price lsticker label tagged, the prices can vary on the same item. So check through the packages or items, there might be a lower price tag. Cashiers need to either memorize what's on sale or check their sales list, so I've noticed i don't always get the sale price. Always check your receipts. Location is convinient for when I'm running errands at the mall, but it's not always my go to craft store. Store is always clean as well as having clean restrooms. The employee Basira provided tragic service & TOLD ME IN FRONT OF MY KIDS THAT THE GIFT CARDS GIVEN TO THEM BY SANTA DID NOT WORK. The clothes racks are packed with tons of products, but that clothing section is pretty cramped, they've jammed a lot of clothes in a small area. If there's a ton of customers in the store at one time you probably can't even walk inside there. This place seemed a tad short on staff the night I was there. Very nice girl getting trained doing a really good job with her customer service while we were there. The line took a bit too long for how many people were in there though, should've been in & out. It seemed logical to have the manager dealing with the customers at the register during those moments to get the customers there out quicker. Would go back for boots for sure. It's the only place around here that sells them that I know of.
