Solid coffee drinks with baked goods and savory breakfast items. And WOW, each espresso shot is hand pressed. No espresso machines! Tried the White Rose latte (white chocolate and rose) and cold brew and enjoyed them both. Stop by on your way to Sequoia!

What a wonderful gem in the town of Three Rivers, California! We were staying in Three Rivers, which is the nearest town to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park, so as you can expect, there isn't much around such a rural, open space. But near our hotel was Kaweah Coffee Roasters, which was the best way to start our days while in the area. We saw the sign for Kaweah Coffee Roasters when we were driving down the main General Highway drag towards another coffee shop, but decided to turn around and give this place a chance. So glad we did because it ended up being one of our favorite places in the area where we visited every day we were in town. Kaweah Coffee Roasters serves damn good coffee and housemade pastries with the friendliest staff who ended up remembering us the weekend we were there. They hand-press the espresso shots, so don't expect quick service. Instead, it's a craft coffee shop where the staff take pride in what they do and make here. Respect that. My go-to was an iced dirty chai, which was solid. And we'd share a breakfast burrito and pastry. The cheesecake was by far the best item I ate here, so if you see it, order it! But the scones were quite delicious, especially the blackberry one, with tons of blackberry inside. In addition to items to consume, they sell local gifts, including handmade jewelry and artwork, coffee beans, books about coffee and mugs. The space isn't the largest, but it's inviting with friendly staff who will end up remembering you after your first visit. Plus, it's dog friendly and the owner owns a pug! Bonus points. I love this place.

Didn't get a picture of the owner but he looks like this.

AVOID this coffee shop at all costs!!!! One would assume this is a great place to grab coffee before a hike but boy was I wrong! I stopped by on Memorial Day weekend for a coffee before catching the sunset with my family, the parking lot seemed rather empty so I thought we would be in and out within 10 mins tops. We get greeted by a man with a cowboy hat and the other guy (I'm assuming owner) ignored us and kept his conversation with another worker going. Not once were we told they were closed they just took our orders and our money and proceeded to talk for about 2 mins , I order an Americano ,a dirty chai and a Toffee drink with oat milk. The owner then proceeds to make comments and making it known that he is bothered by us showing up after they "closed" mind you not once were we told they had closed. The guy in the cowboy hat was nice but had no idea what he was doing. And the owner was just chatting on the side, so 35 minutes and an incorrect order later we left and missed watching the sun set. Moral of the story , DO NOT come to this coffee shop. Coffee was a 3/5, price was decent , service was very unprofessional.

    Cool artwork outside.

Place was pretty cool looking inside even had a small stage for a guitarist. Service was good enough but the poor girl was struggling to keep up. What made things worse was their manual espresso machine. My Americano was weak and not much flavor. But the worst thing about this place was the disgusting bathroom. It was 9am and looked liked it wasn't cleaned from the night before. The toilet was very gross, looked liked a gas station bathroom in a shady town. Would not come back. Go up the street to Sequoia Coffee.

this place had a great vibe to it. cute decor, original artwork, eminem on speaker, and i think i saw equipment for live music in the back corner. i was very excited to see a small bowl of free temporary tattoos at the register lol. our barista was really friendly. i got the lavender honey drink, i was confused at first because on the menu there are no size options, so i think it's just one size for all drinks. but it was quite big! it tasted pretty good

Nice place to hangout, drink coffee, and enjoy friends or family. Wall art is unparalleled!

Coffee is ok. Sorry to say I would not recommend their breakfast burritos, cream cheese in breakfast burritos is terrible idea.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning, thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded. There's something for everyone on their men. I think they have some of the best matcha's around (but if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener.. you probably won't like a real matcha from here) -- I say this bc people complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol -- all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out. Plenty of spaces to work from (one of my fav spots) Service is always ask expected for hand crafted drinks and food! The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products, love that! Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha I will always come here for food/homemade pastries , a drink or to work!

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

The store itself is small and not much room for a line. I tried the cardamom vanilla latte and asked for it less sweet. It was really good with just the right amount of sweetness to spice. However, my friend had never been here before and ordered a cubano which she didn't realize was so small. She couldn't believe how small the cup was and it was way too sweet. Unfortunately, when we went back up to the counter to try and exchange it for something else we feel we didn't get the best service. They eventually gave my friend some milk foam to mix it with to tone it down, but she was overall unhappy with her experience. I know the menu probably described what she was ordering but since it was her first time there, she was a little overwhelmed with the menu and could have used some guidance. Also my other friend asked about getting a certain coffee and felt talked down to from the woman at the register like she was an idiot. She says it is not the first time this woman has been rude, as she has been here before and had the same rude service. It is too bad, because overall this place has good coffee and a cute ambience in the back patio, but with the consistently poor service we won't be back.
