This last Friday we decided to go back to get two more bleeding hearts and two azaleas. Our issue is with the azaleas. The bigger azalea had the price tag. And I didn't realize that the smaller one didn't have one. The person that rang us up said they were in the same size pot, and scanned the one tag twice instead of going to check the price. We couldn't tell at the time, but after planting them today, you can clearly see by the pictures that one pot is definitely smaller. After talking about it, and remembering what plants we looked at that did have price tags, we think we were over charged by about $20.00. The price should have been either $16.99 or $19.99. We really love Tsugawa's plant quality, and will continue to buy our plants there. We just wanted to let folks know, make sure the plant you're going to buy has a price tag.

Our house is 8 years old and the sprinklers the Builder put in we're not in the proper location for coverage. I received my bid Within 5 days and was added to their schedule to start within a week. They dug out 8 in of the play after the grass was removed and hauled in really nice topsoil . They rework the irrigation system in installed new heads in the correct location for proper coverage. In the planting areas they amended the soil and installed all new plants with drip lines to them. Then they installed new hemlock bark and had extra and so they spread it in my backyard to refresh in that area. They had all the right equipment and a mini trackhoe and six workers that were very good and courteous. I highly recommend this local Ridgefield company did a fantastic job.

When it came time to clean up, they did a nice job in front of the client's home and then stopped. There is mud, sand and silt in the curbing area in front of my home and the next home over. I have called 3 times over the past 2 weeks asking them to rectify this situation. Neighboring homes should not be left a mess! Woody's has not returned my phone calls nor sent anyone to sweep, hose off etc. As a retired Landscape Designer, a contractor would not have remained on my 'Preferred Contractors List' leaving such a mess or not returning phone calls.
