The lady at the counter was really nice and explained how it works since I've never had dry cleaning done before. I brought it in Monday and she said they send it to Reno and the trucks should have it back by Thursday. Wednesday rolls around and I received a text saying it's ready. In total I spent $30.00 for 3 Gucci designer men's long sleeves. She let me know ahead of time that since they are designer, they will be more money but I think $10 a shirt is pretty high. But overall they looked nice. Plus I liked how they set me up with an account and I could see when it was ready and stuff and you can easily pay on there.

When I stopped by again, he pretended to look through the racks, then gave me a half-baked excuse about the owner being out of town with some family emergency. Conveniently, that means no refund, no solution--just empty apologies. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if clothes are getting mixed up or even stolen. This place is an absolute joke, and I would strongly advise against trusting them with anything valuable. They clearly don't care about their customers or their belongings. Being a 'senior citizen' now, I lost inches and needed the skirt taken in for his celebration of life in California. Maria helped me and the alterations lady pinned the skirt to shrink it down. I got a text the expected day that my suits were ready for pickup. When I went in she had an envelope attached to one of the suits and she said there must have been something left in the pockets. When I looked in the envelope out in my truck, there was an old airline luggage claim ticket and 3 $1 bills! Must say they are honest there. It cost $49.50 for the three suits. I'll go back there if I ever need something else cleaned.

I was very specific from the beginning that I needed the wiring removed from the cups of the dress. I also requested the slit be moved up and the bottom hem shortened. When I arrived to pick up the dress, only the hem had been done properly. I was then told the remaining fixes would "take 10 minutes." Thirty minutes later, they had only adjusted the slit and the wiring was STILL in the dress. At that point, I had already repeated the same request multiple times. When I calmly explained AGAIN that the wire needed to be removed, the woman working began talking over me and arguing with me instead of listening. I am now sitting here waiting even longer for alterations that should have been completed correctly the first time after they had my dress for two full weeks. For the amount of money charged, especially with a rush fee, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this business if you need reliable tailoring or time-sensitive work.
