I brought in one of my already altered pants to give them a guide. When I dropped off my pants, it was only the husband working, I told him specifically what I wanted, but if I had not gone in the next day to make sure the message was relayed it would have been wrong. The wife dry cleaned my pants which I did not ask for. When I explained what I had wanted you could see she was upset at her husband. I apologize for not waiting until she came back, to explain to her what I wanted. But I did again specifically explain what I wanted and yeah, I've included pictures. Let's just say I did not get what I paid for. I paid $36 dollars for something that I could of did for less. I'm not bashing this place but if you do go here make sure you tell them several times what you specifically want. When clothes are not ready on time staff will tell you their delivery truck is running behind and it will be ready tomorrow. Then you show up the next day and it's still not there. A couple of times I have had to go back three or four times to get all of my clothes because only certain pieces will be ready at different times even though they gave me a pick up date where everything will be ready. When I brought it in it had a small stain on the upper right by the collarbone, when I got it back there where small spots everywhere.
