With two grandkids currently and more on the way, we needed a pool fence. Our pool contractor highly recommended Katchakid, so we reached out to one of their reps named Kyeema. Kyeema is AWESOME - super helpful, kind and very thorough, going out of her way to make sure that we understood very detail and the associated costs. And there were zero surprises when all was said and done. Our installer was Carlos who was EXCELLENT - super professional in everything he did. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me on the best ways to make it safe, while also making it look good, symmetrical and functional for our intended uses. Great attention to detail. My wife was home for the install that day and she felt very "safe" and comfortable around Carlos, as he was sincere, kind and was clearly intent on doing quality work that he would expect for his family. Highly recommend Katchakid and their team Kyeema and Carlos! read more

I recently had a pool fence installed by Katchakid, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and truly dedicated to ensuring our backyard was both safe and stylish. The consultation was thorough--Mason took the time to understand our needs, explained all the options, and provided a clear, no-pressure quote. Carlos, our installer, arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the area spotless. The fence itself is top-notch: sturdy, sleek, and blends perfectly with our outdoor space while keeping our pets safe around the pool. What stood out most was their attention to detail and excellent customer service. They answered all my questions promptly and even followed up after the install to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Katchakid to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality pool fence installation. Five stars all the way! read more

I had the best experience with this company, similar to have Mercedes-Benz customer service. I dealt with Anna primarily, but initially had spoken with Georgina. They both were so knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about the net and the cover, and whether I needed both but then the man that came out to install the net was the most knowledgeable experienced person they could've picked. The net was put on in the day and they came a week later to put on the cover, and he spoke with my self my daughter and my husband, both visits, showing us how to remove the cover and net and put it back on. He was very kind and polite, and a very good representation of their company. I recommend them to anyone who wants to put peace of mind, fast and knowledgeable service. I couldn't be happier.. I've never give reviews, but this company deserved a great one! read more

We purchased our older home with a pool in El Campo in late August. Over the Fall and Winter we have had a serious problem with leaves blowing into our pool. So, we decided to contact Katchakid and told them about our situation. We then received an immediate response and options to fix the problem. After receiving a quotation several weeks later we made a decision to go forward. Santos from Katchakid came to our home, worked all day preparing our new pool cover, and did a very professional and outstanding job for us. It was one of the best investments we could have made for our new home and pool. I seldom ever write a review, but Katchakid should definitely be the company to call when it comes to your swimming pool. The cover looks great and our leaf problem was solved. Tom H. read more

We had a great experience getting our Katchakid jet installed last week. The company was communicative throughout the presale process and the installer arrived on time the day of the appointment. Our installer, Oscar, left the area completely clean after installation. After completing the installation he also fully walked us through the process of removing and replacing the net, and specifically took time to show us how to navigate proper placement of the net around the tricky raised areas of our deck. We're excited that our backyard is now completely safe for our young daughter! read more

Bob, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He brought samples which were more robust than other models on the market. Carlos did our install, & he was fantastic. He explained the installation procedure thoroughly & provided valuable advice on layout. He completed the job in 1 day, despite rain. Everything was installed correctly & cleaned up after. The fence looks better than expected & is very sturdy. Highly recommend. read more

I can't comment on durability at this point, however, everything went smoothly from the first contact with this company. The custom cover was made on the spot with a commercial machine by an experienced craftsman. Impressive. Only took a few hours from start to finish. We have an odd-shaped pool with a waterfall & needed a cover to prevent leaves from getting into the pool during the fall/winter months. Santos came out on a cold rainy day, sewed together (on-site) a custom pool cover, and I couldn't be more pleased. He showed me how easy it will be to take off and put back on. read more
