Very happy with our Katchakid safety net. We picked the blue and it's beautiful. Santos did a great job with installation and instructing me on how to use it. First time, took me 4 minutes to remove it and 10 minutes to put it back on. read more

Very pleased with our Katchaleaf pool cover for our kidney shaped pool. Just wish we had done it sooner. Our pool is surrounded by 40' tall live oaks which drop huge quantities of acorns, leaves and other debris, especially in the Spring. I was impressed how our cover was custom fitted and manufactured right on site at our house. The entire project took five hours. The cover has a high quality and very attractive appearance. And I thought the cost was reasonable. The cover is guaranteed for five years but it appears to be high quality and I expect it to last much longer than five years. Another big plus for us is that the leaf cover gives me peace of mind when our 13 pound dog is in our back yard. Many thanks to Mason for educating me on Katchakeaf covers and to Santiago for doing a superb job on the installation. Katchakid runs a very efficient business. read more

We had Katchakid come out and install a safety net on our pool. Carlos and Favian did the installation and did an amazing job, they were very professional and friendly. When it was time to show us how to take the cover off and then put it back on Carlos was so patient with us, and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing. read more

The entire process exceeded our expectations and they were high to begin with. Carlos and Fabian were fantastic to work with. They took their time to line up everything perfectly and answer all my questions. We spoke with several companies before deciding to move forward with Katch-A-Kid and their 4 foot safety fence for our new pool. Best decision we made! Would give 10 stars if I could! read more

Purchased cover 4/14/23. Put cover on October 2023, it was great. They give you a storage roller that makes it very easy to handle. Took cover off May 2024. Rolled it onto storage roller and put it on side of house. October 2024 time to cover. After unrolling there were spots that looked like the material hid gotten hot and melted. Tried to install but in pulling cover to stretch and hook into anchor(s) the material tore. Still wouldn't stretch enough for 2 of the anchor's to connect. Contacted customer service and they avoided contact which immediately made me a bit nervous. Bottom line is they don't replace custom pool covers. The best offer was to take it to Houston and have their people look at it and maybe patch it. There thought was that I had done something to cause the issue. I decided to purchase anchor hook extensions and patching materials and fix it myself. Bottom line is I like the cover but just know that if you purchase you're on your on if something goes wrong. PLEASE LOOK AT OWNERS REPLY. I already spent 20 minutes on the phone with them. They believe that this could only have been caused by something I did. Just be prepared for this if you buy their product and something goes wrong. read more

We went with Katchakid for a safety net over our pool as we have a water-loving, curious toddler. The entire process was very easy and I was actually able to get my installation moved up several weeks when our pool was completed earlier than anticipated. Chris and Oscar did our installation. They did a fantastic job and I am happy with the way our net turned out. Chris was very thorough showing me how to remove, roll up, then re-secure the net, and we went over the steps twice. He made sure my questions were answered before they left and was very friendly. I feel confident that this will be easy peasy to do on my own as well and would absolutely recommend a Katchakid net to any pool owners. Our pool has only been filled and uncovered for 4 days, but there was an immediate sense of relief the minute this was installed. read more

Great product, that peace of mind you need with little ones!! Oscar did a great job installing the net and training me on how to use it.

Cory & Carlos came out yesterday 9/16 and installed a new for our pool. They took out our pool slide so the net would fit tighter as we wanted. It was very nice of them to do that extra work, as my husband was at work and no way I could have moved the slide to drain it out. They demonstrated how to use it to both my husband and I later in the day and both guys were great! Very professional and nice! Great work! Thank you to KAK for the piece of mind knowing our kids will be safer around the pool! This was our must have when building a pool. read more

Highly impressed from start to finish. I put a request in online and was called within a couple hours. Thoroughly walked through the process both on the call and during install. I was scheudled several weeks out but asked to be out on waitlist for earlier appointments available and was able to get the install done much sooner than initially scheduled. The installer showed up on time, very detailed and helpful. It was probably 100 plus degrees outside and diligently worked hard still. Very kind and helpful in showing me how to put the cover on and take off. Highly recommend the company and the installer. read more

I had my Katchakid fence installed several years ago to help make my back yard secure for my grandkids when they visit. I have a multi level concrete deck around the backside. Due to settling over time, the concrete had sagged towards the back. I had a different contractor inject something under it to bring it back up to level. They had removed the back portion of the fence to complete their injections. Afterwards the hooks and eyelets of those fence sections didn't meet up to be able to hook them. I called Katchakid and they were able to get to me in a couple of days. Carlos and Dre were on time, professional, and quickly made the necessary adjustments to close the gaps and hook the sections together again. I highly recommend Katchakid. read more

We used Katchakid to install a net and cover for our pool. The system looks sturdy and easy to install and remove. Carlos, our installer, took a bunch of ropes and made a beautiful net that will help keep the Grandkids and pets from getting into the pool without us. He was also able to make our pool cover the same day as he had a sewing machine and could use it, so our order was complete in one day. He also took his time explaining how to install and uninstall doing everything twice, so we could watch and then record. Great service from Carlos! read more

We moved into a new house and I had zero experience with maintaining a pool. Having small children, safety was the top priority, so we shopped for different safety net options. From the very beginning, KatchAKid stood out. I entered a request for a quote through their website and got a call the same day from the Sales Exec, Bob. He came to give us an estimate on cost the very same day and was prompt and professional. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy about anything (as some salesmen can be). I called some other places but they really didn't show the same kind of courtesy and that made a difference. As it turned out, KatchAKid was also the best priced option. Anyway, to top it all off, I had a lot of questions about pool cleaning and maintenance. These were general questions that had nothing to do with the safety net, but Bob patiently answered these questions and gave me good tips from his own experience owning a pool. Hard to get that kind of courtesy and free advice from people these day unfortunately, so I really appreciated that. The net will be installed in a couple of weeks, so I will update the review at that time with our experience with the product, though I feel confident we made the right decision. But as far as the sales experience, KatchAKid has been great. Update: Net was installed. Installer was professional and it took about 5 hours for our above average size pool. The net itself takes about 7 minutes to take off and put back on. Overall it does the job and keeps the kids safe. read more

I am pretty blown away with this company. From my first phone call with Mason, to him coming out, to our install with Chris... perfection. The knowledge, the service, the efficiency, the price. Seriously everything is outstanding. I am a designer and I look at everything with attention to detail and this company has meet all my needs. I was SO hesitant to get a cover and it not look good but with 5 kids we had to, it was not an option.... and this will keep all of the kids safe, keep the leaves and acorns out and it looks good! Clean lines and good color. We got the leaf cover and the net combo in black. Looks sharp. Mason was so helpful showing me all of the products. Chris was amazing, working in the cold and doing it with ease and expertise. I LOVE THIS COMPANY AND I LOVE THESE 2 GUYS! read more

Definitely notice the difference in quality between fences we've found online and the fence from katchakid. I like that they don't use a rotary hammer tearing up concrete. They came and fixed the fence as well which is nice. read more

As older folks, the care of our pool through "leaf season" was taking its toll on us. I found Katchakid online and began talking with Ana during the pandemic about the possibility of getting a leaf cover. She led me through the process, was engaging, helpful, and informative. Santos came to do our cover and it was amazing to watch him in action. Such a friendly and helpful guy. And such a craftsman. At the end we have a wonderful taut, beautiful, effective leaf cover that is going to allow us to enjoy our fall season again. If you need leaf relief, this is the company to call. They were amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I can't recommend them enough. read more
