Nigori Sake

I don't think I would recommend the sushi. The rice was super thick, and the two specialty rolls I had were just alright. The tuna hand roll was tasty, just a little bit of a bear to eat. On the menu, it seemed that the vast majority of the sushi was cooked or fried (tempura). I don't know, I think the other entrees were probably better. I'll try it again some time. Service was great, and the place was clean. The sushi might just not be their specialty I suppose.

We came here for a late night dinner. This place is cozy and the servers are very friendly. The decoration inside feels warm and nice. We ordered the miso soup, red curry and crispy fish bites. We enjoyed all the dishes. Whenever we're in the neighborhood we always visit this place.

Fried Rice Special with chicken, pork, calamari, and shrimp $18.99

We arrived at 6 p.m. with plenty of seating available. Our server was pleasant and efficient, but really just did the bare minimum of serving without much personal interaction. He took our drink and food orders. There are no draft beers available; bottled beers only with domestics being $4 each. Meals came out to the table about 20 minutes after ordering. Let me start out by saying that no one in our party had the sushi tonight, but rather opted for the dinner entrees. Entrees included the shrimp teriyaki with steamed white rice, steak teriyaki with steamed white rice, the fried rice special, and the steak with fried rice. For a $1.00 more you can opt for a small bowl of miso soup OR small salad with ginger sauce. All of the meals came out hot and at were served at the same time. The fried rice special was a bit disappointing as it came with only 2 shrimp, 4 pieces of calamari, along with small amounts of chicken and pork. It was pointed out to the server that the dish only came out with 2 shrimp, and he just responded by saying "yes, but you have calamari, pork, and chicken, too." For the price of this entree, more shrimp was expected to be included on the plate. The taste of the entrees was okay, but not overly impressive. The atmosphere was quiet and the temperature comfortable. Some folks have rated this venue higher, and maybe the sushi is better than the meal entrees, so I cannot speak for the sushi rolls. I had hoped for a better experience, but the rating of a 3 is adequate for the quality of the food, the overall dining experience, and the service which were all just very average at best.

Nice yet laid back atmosphere in the heart of down town Vero. Has an even mix of Japanese and Thai food selections. We had the yellowtail sashimi and spring rolls to start. Highly recommend the spring rolls they were perfectly light and crispy. Also the wonton soup was hands down one of the best wonton soups I've ever had in my life. Service was quick and favorable.

Saki special roll - most pieces fell apart.. must be the asparagus inside

Very tasty sushi and miso. Our servers were also very accommodating and polite. Our only concern was the sushi rolls were beautiful and super tasty, but almost every piece fell apart completely (too big of asparagus and avocado pieces inside I guess)

Pad Si-Ew Noodles

Overall a good experience. The service was very good with good food and a good atmosphere. I ordered the curry duck. My friend ordered the pad si ew noodles. For apps we ordered the curry puffs, Vietnamese crispy rolls. I also ordered the Tom ka soup. My friend got the noodles and she likes spicy but it wasn't spicy enough for her. The soup was fantastic and we enjoyed the Vietnamese crispy rolls. The curry puffs were underwhelming. The curry duck was good but to be honest it's not the best Thai curry I've had in the city. Overall the place is good and I'll go back.

Amazing Asian restaurant. Ordered the shashimi combo dinner which included 9 pieces of THICK shashimi, 4 pieces of sushi, a tuna roll, a seaweed salad with more tuna on top, a very generous portion of steak teriyaki ( a meal in itself) a bowl of white rice and a side salad for $25!!! That's an amazing deal. Attentive service and calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

One of my favorite local sushi restaurants. I would rate it 5 stars if the price were a little lower. It can be a little pricey.

It felt like you were invited into a small home, eclectically decorated, for good dining. I was immediately seated and a server brought a complimentary bowl of ginger chicken and rice soup and a small plate of delicately cut vegetables and fruit-enough to 'amuse the mouth'. I chose the sushi combo ($15.99); six pieces of fresh fish and the chef's recipe for sticky rice. It was delicious. The California roll was very good as well. A side of cubed raw fish and raw vegetables were tossed in a sweet and sour marinade. I asked for extra pickled ginger but only a small amount was sided with the wasabi. The iced tea in a tall glass was refilled and was only so-so. The chef came out for a satisfaction check and a greeting. I promised a return to sample more of the lunch and dinner selections.

The waitress was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the complimentary chicken ginger rice soup, which was a nice touch. Started with a roll that hit the spot, then had the beef Pad Thai. Good portion, solid flavor, tender beef, and noodles cooked right without being overly oily. Lime and peanuts on the side let you adjust it how you want. Reliable, fast, and satisfying. A great option for a weekday lunch when you're short on time but still want something good. Would come back.

Seriously. I cut my filet with a fork. It was that tender. The seared tuna, not on the menu, but IYKYK, is nothing short of a masterpiece. Dessert, only the oatmeal cake. I have never had anything less than a stellar experience. Fabulous wine list, impressive staff. White tablecloth, fine silver. This is a Palm Beach restaurant. Will you pay for it? Yes, through the nose. But every bite is worth a million bucks.

Upon parking in front of the restaurant,…read morethe first thing we noticed was the entrance--dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained--which was immediately discouraging. We arrived a few minutes early and were met by an older blonde woman who greeted us with clear displeasure. She offered no courtesy, not even a simple "good evening," and instead sternly informed us that we were early. Our reservation was for 5:00 p.m., and we had arrived approximately ten minutes in advance. The interaction left us disappointed and uncomfortable, especially on a special occasion. We had no desire to continue the evening under such unwelcoming treatment. We do not mind paying for quality, but it must be accompanied by professionalism and respect. We certainly will not accept rude or uneducated behavior from staff. We ended up going to one of our favorite restaurant Ocean Grill. In order to write this review I had to give 1 star .
