Glad I had my own, but everyone who walks in there to register apparently has to use this and may not be as aware or cautious with this deadly virus. Some chairs were turned inward to force social distancing guidelines in the waiting room. The bathroom faucets are onces that you have to touch and hold down for the water come out. Again, no hand sani by the door to use after you open the bathroomo door to use, and the soap in the bathroom came out in small fuffly pumps. One pump was barely enough for a child's hand wash. Dr. Gianni's is FANTASTIC! Takes his careful time to make sure you leave with the proper vision, explains everything and is cautious! Not a great selection of frames. The woman who helped me with my frames was super nice, I don't remember her name but she had a beautiful chocolate complexion and was extremely patient with me and helped me to understand my insurance benefits.

Patient shows up at 8:15 because the clinic doesn't open until "8:30." They apologize for the "website being wrong" and state "it's been an issue for a while and happens all the time" but then won't let the customer keep same appointment (even though they were admittedly in the wrong). If they can't get their website and appointments right, then communicate with their patients that known website is wrong and then won't honor a patient's appointment when they were in the wrong, why would I want them to look at my eyes? Let's start the patient/doctor relationship on a good note. Thankfully I just need a routine eye exam and it's not an emergency! I'll be finding a different eye clinic to have my eyes checked out! He then stood up and grabbed the papers off her chart and tore them up right in front of me and her. He told me my daughter was out of control and needed to be sedated in order to be examined. I cannot say enough about the care I was given by Dr. Gandhi. I was treated prior from another…read morefacility for 19 months for a condition I did not have. The frustration I had with multiple prescriptions, lubricating drops, heat compresses and two different steroids which resulted in my tear ducts closing. All of this exasperated my eyes. After three times of probing they would not stay open. I went to see Dr. Gandhi who was my savior. He was kind, patient and listened to what I had to say and thoroughly examined my eyes. Dr. Gandhi diagnosed me with blepharitis. He put me on an antibiotic, Omega 3 and one lubricating drop. Two and half weeks later my eyes were back to normal.
